Genghis , with constant losses every year of £50m , and with interest rates certain to rise. Losses will widen further. Its a strong possibility of enforced administration, debts will then be clear, for someone else to take this company over (probably Cosmens) , with no debt. Shareholders wiped out!

Giro, all these increases were displayed on Thursday , results day. Surely that means the short was actually implemented the day before ? They speculated bad results the day before, and got it wrong ?

Lorenzo, a million valid reasons, but we know the results will be bad. News has leaked, shorters don't gamble, they're in the know!.

We'll find out at the end of the month, presuming management don't lie on the unaudited results.

End game is near. Hybrid call in feb will force a RI , whether mobico want it or not. Check out Beyond Meat , it happened to them a few months ago, against their will.

I think the bond is the issue, they've simply kicked the can down the road, but the market doesn't like it, as it spells pending disaster.

The update will be awful as usual, with a brand new impairment we never thought off before. Maybe also something bad about the bond thrown in. Only needs a 30% drop, to be sitting pretty at 15p!

Paddy Boy, the board are liars. Any statement they put out, is not accurate. That's why they can't get an auditor on board, as noone wants to hide their deceit. When they say they have cash in the bank etc etc, take that with a pinch of salt!

The fact they haven't secured an auditor says it all. How hard is that to achieve ? Unless they have lied to us all, and their accounts don't match what they've been saying. I don't think they can cover their debt , and it's all going to come out soon ....

If it stays broken today, I think 20p will be the next support level. Maybe bad Q3 results are being leaked , then 15p wouldn't surprise me.

There's a stock valued Beyond Meat, they had a hybrid bond too. They were forced to do a RI , by the bond holders, against their wishes. May happen here too.

With these voting rights, sell Alsa to themselves, or a holding group they have direct/indirect control off, on the cheap - say 200m

They then start offloading their shares in mobico, and let it implode or go into administration.

The BBva report is pretty scary. For the first time, I think this share could go to zero, and shareholders wiped out. Management have been wrongly over optomistic on hybrid renewal, and when they fail , carnage will ensue

They'll be downgrades in the coming weeks. So current analysts targets are misleading

Jack Cummings, analyst at Berenberg , said: "While Mobico has reaffirmed its full-year guidance, it does imply that Mobico will need to deliver around 9-23% operating profit growth in the second half following the declines in the first.

"While this is not unachievable, particularly given the seasonality in the company's second half profit in the last few years, Mobico will need to executive well in the second half to hit this target."
