For every seller there's a buyer. So , some one has scooped up the 3%. Of course, sp had to come down to facilitate the sale.

I'm glad this came in as expected, although 6.5% would have been nicer! 😄

Manz , the other theory is that the bottom is fast approaching. The final fall before the trend reverses is devasting and there seems no end to it.

Maybe, the inflation figures tomorrow will trigger a reversal? An RI is so unlikely, with everything said in the HY report. And paying another divvy really puts it out of the question.

I'm just so worried with the constant decline.

There are a few stategies , I think would help :

a) Directors could make another purchase at these low prices

b) announce there is no intention for a fund raise - eliminating any doubts. Carnival did this, and the SP had tripled from its lows!

c) Get analysts to do more writeups on the stock, and give more ratings

d) more regular rns, at these troubled times

e) possibly recognise the debt. Are divvys helping, or should debt be paid down?

Even if there is a bullish divergence happening, it's no good if we peak at 96p, then fall all the way back down.

I think this company is solid , the results were fine, but the hammering we're taking is inhumane.

It could well hit 66p now, to match the covid low.

We needed a decent inflation result. Hopefully we can consolidate near 110, then good results on 27 July can push us back over 120

They don't need to refinance soon, but rates will fall first in countries that handle inflation best .

Being a now GLOBAL company, can't they refinance elsewhere, where interest rates would be cheaper? Surely they aren't stuck to the UK bullsh*t

If the rinflation ate is even 8% , that would be a good result, as long its heading in the right direction!
