The apparent/obvious suppression of the SP ( evident in the 5 day charts and analysis of trades) suggests strongly that the market ( often acclaimed as a model of efficiency!!) is manipulated by powerful agencies with little regard for the retail investor.

We've certainly appeared to stutter recently while oil has crept up. Perhaps GS are a factor in the stall. Undoubtedly recent good news via RNS has lost its impetus quickly.
