Friday's temporary rise of over 20% laughed at me.
I stared back and in utter confusion felt the rise would maintain.
And it slid back down into the more.

The Dow has risen c30% while we stood still.....no, I have zero wish to live in the USA.....but check their house prices, car prices, grocery prices.....on most consumables it's better value.

Few other ( if any) companies with a mcap approaching 1 billion would see this regularly if ever.

Clearly they're in a pickle of their own making.
Would they accept defeat and buy now before the sp rises, over several days etc. Or fight a losing fight as the sp rises?
It seems that unless they have a cunning plan beyond our imaginations, they should limit the damage and pay up.

Any idea of when you might hear about the success of the proposal?
Assuming the court will be a benevolent feature not anything, could initial good news arrive via the tomorrow?

A couple have, understandably, suggested trx might, for the next x weeks be good for trading.
So often this is the case with volatile stocks enjoying decent liquidity.....the potential problem, so often, is the spread and the mm's ......both beyond our control.
So I'm holding this, avoiding all temptation to sell, short or trade. Gla lth!
