Clearly GS was unhappy with yesterday's rise.
Corruption exists in every sphere of social interaction. Not being able to prove it makes it no less real.

Completely arbitrary. Based on nothing and certainly not fed rate cut. Look at sector and individual companies within.

Having been involved with reconstruction after conflict nothing would incline me toward hoping oil price rises on the threat, or worse, of American hubris, oil and lies.
