At first I thought GIC was thinking of exiting the UK entirely to rebalance their portfolio. But they've just invested quite abit recently in UK student accommodation, so that must not be it. So it'll likely be due to the green agenda or they've learnt something from EIG or Noble.

As you might have known Noble is basically bankrupt. Noble has an interesting tie-in with EIG where it's locked in with around 8.3% of HBR shares and for some reason are not able to independently sell their stake in it. Even when they couldn't repay their June 22 dated bonds!

I think this is where the trail goes cold.
