Opred asked Shell why they did not consider tieing back to HBR owned Judy as it will be more environmentally friendly. That's the only involvement.

J area is closer rather than the Shell/BP owned Shearwater. For Shell, it makes sense to tie back to Shearwater as it'll be easier for them operationally/procedurally to modify their own platform plus it'll help to "subsidise" the OPEX/cost share and potentially extend life of Shearwater field + other tie backs.

I think HBR should just take the chance to acquire Cambo/SPE on the cheap while the environmentalists are distracted opposing shell.

they have to pay to get rid of it as rockhopper had to be carried for the development cost.

Also Valaris 123 due to move to Cairn's in q2 and Norway to centrica's in Q3.

surfit, I think both valaris 123 & Norway (for accommodation) are still over Tolmount. plenty of accommodation space.

where was this rig when it happened? The Ben Nevis supply vessel sustained “significant damage” when it crashed into the front leg of the Valaris V92 jack-up rig last year, which was on contract to Harbour Energy.

tracking back to 19th Jan, that was when the hbr share price was dropping despite oil price going up. what was actually said in this investor presentation? is there a transcript anywhere?

don't forget they can screw shareholders again with another merger! Won't be surprised if there's another leak again. FCA can possibly earn the treasury some good money if they start looking now.

from what I've seen from HBR RNS, they only report bad news. So maybe no news is good news.

the Havilla Commander is in Aberdeen port now, so either they have finished there job or someone based in Aberdeen can buy someone onboard a drink and tell us more ??

maybe an email to FCA would be more useful. there's something seriously wrong here. oil price up and although their are heavily hedged, it makes no sense for share price to be down?
