seems trellis/sag are, unwittingly perhaps, helping him.

the only thing that tells me is the scum tw is trying to short sound!

problem is what trellis has now done is guarantee that the only communication he will get from sound now will be the bare minimum and passed by legal first.
personally I would have said words along the line of 'we now have 10% plus, we don't want to have to call an egm, but will do if we don't receive a prompt repy to this mail' then include original; message content and give them the out of saying sorry we missed the original messages.
it SHOULD be about getting the response you want not about making a point.
unfortunately I think the whole sag thing has been set up to help trellis make a point for whatever reason.
the whole language in his posts shout 'look at mne I'm important' the constant going on about 9 countries (or whatever number it was) big deal, it's called the www for a reason.
the fact that this is the second time trellis has done this tells you more about his investment choices and motivation than it does about sound.

I can't rememebr the details but wasn't the 201 trial meant to go to multiple hospitals in the UK (up north somewhere I seem to remember). I assume this never happened.
