I don't normally approve of share action groups as they achieve very little, however, this has a well deffined and achievable aim.

have here is that the bod are extremely arrogant and will de dismissive of us.
remember we are only 'second hand shareholders' to gm.
he of course fails to understand that if there was no secondary market they would never have raised any money through share issues. none of the vultures kept their shares! most selling before the issue of shares was public.

MMs do not (indeed are not allowed to by their parent companys) build up positions in any company.
if they are 'buying' it's simply to flatten their book.
there have been a few odd people buying lately, hence the mms can afford to 'buy' a few.

in fact we are the stupid ones having invested in this company.

fwiw as a long term (very) holder, here's my view.
the only hope heere is that the science is as good as they claim and eventually there is a deal.
realistically, as hard as it is to stomach we need to keep the scientists on board.
what has been very clearly demonstrated is they have no ability to run a company.
the existing board need ot take significant pay cuts and anyone not contributing to the science needs to go imemdiately.
then we need someone who can actually run a company in charge, on compensation related to share price.
we also need very clear official answers to some questions on every compound / trial.
cohorts are tiny (possibly statistically insignificant) why? sort it out!

keep in mind that in the past they have refused to accept questions from the floor. also they WILL try to pass votes by a show of hands without actually counting votes. make sure they don't get away with that either.
