I don't understand what you / he/she means by this line? "Interesting RNS and its timing ie the day the new shares will be issued" the day new shares are listed is irrelevant. the day they are announced IS relevant. do you REALLY think investors / traders would say oh, sound are issuing more shares and they are tradable on the 13th, so I won't do anything now, I'll wait until the 13th! REALLY?
you need to understand many (most?) people who post on here have absolutely no interest in the company. they are generally (in no order) 1: looking for external validation for selling at a loss (they need sp to drop) 2: looking to trade (they want sp to drop) 3: pathalogical nutters who blame sou for their financial situation and not their own greed, and can't let go 4: out and out trolls thyat enjoy the attention they get here
"until the first metre laid we remain worthless in terms of sp" utter gibberish. a gas field has a value (different) at every stage of exploration, discovery, proving up, infrastructure funding, infrastructure building, first gas etc etc.
as an aside I see some sad fcukers were posting here all through the holiday, even on Christmas day ffs!

I DO hold here. have fortunately averaged down significantly, so only slightly underwater here, well maybe 30%, but manageable. the 20k loss was on another share when my yearly salary was a tiny £40k, so it was significant to me at the time (20 years ago nearly)
I would imagine the person who leaked it to TW is the real culprit. they clearly did it to get the issue price down. it was clearly NOT in sound's interest to leak that. of course the person who told TW was probably working with TW, who I'm sure made a packet short selling.

to a 20k loss on an aim stock some years ago, I can sincerely advise that you do tell the other half. it's only money, but hiding the loss will eat you up. it sounds like b*llox, but you really do feel better with it off your chest. good luck to genuine holders.

trellis - simple question as you now appear to post sober. were you ever a multiple bottle of wine a day alcoholic with 5 wives, or was that all fantasy? not having a go, genuinely inetrested.
RE: £11 million in the bank in 17weeks18 Dec 2019 09:36
you are seriously drifting into fantasy now. "remain a viable concern in the New Year" virtually EVERY aim company has this in their accounts "One wonders what underlying outstanding debts there are" EVERY debt is in the accounts, toi suggest otherwise is to suggest direct fraud!
the idiots will say no, but the reality is the market cap is less than twice the cash held. yeah, yeah, yeah, I know there is a 28 million bond, but that's not payable right now.
the sp is adding virtually nothing for all the assets. it's absolutely crazy.
