I can understand why you might want to gather shareholders and speak for them etc.
But, 10 million shares is nothing, there are 1,079,612,264 shares in issue, you're looking at less than 1%
100 million and they 'might' listen, but given cornerstone investors etc. not likely.
any deal proposed will have been run by Schlumberger et al. already.

personally I would rather we rolled the dice on a new well (probably NOT te11) even if it meant significant dilution to fund it.

THE BUYER IS NOT C4 OR ANY OTHER COMPANY WITH WHICH THE BOARD OF SOUND HAVE A CONNECTION.

the buyer / partner is absolutely NOT C4, the Nomad would not allow an rns announcing such a deal without making it extremely clear that it was a related party transaction.
