I don't know the prevailing yield curve rates for Morocco (any one else)
but discounting $140 million a year (before costs etc etc) for 10 years at UK rate is pretty close to $1.4 billion just for TE5
obviously you need to discount that for lots of things, but whatever you take off you still end up with a large number for a company with the current market cap.
and that's just te5!

so the possibility isn't excluded, this very different to 'the agreement will be continued'

perhaps not a certainty, but given the signed deal or end of process is by year end and given you can't sign a deal immediately you receive an offer and given we know there is/was a deadline for offers, this deadline must be some time well before year end.
therfore it stands to reason a no offer rns would come after the deadline and well before an offer rns.
I would speculate we are currently in the period after the deadline and therfore I would speculate there would have been a no offer rns by now if we were going to get one.
recent jp trip to Morocco in my view supports this idea.
