the sad fact is there are those of us who will be pleased when / if there is a sale (the idiots call us disciples).
personally I prefer the term investors with eyes open, who invested what they could afford and have (in my case) topped up to the point that even a sell at 12p would give a modest profit.
then there are those that are desperate for this to fail. I suspect most of this group are people who invested too much without serious research and then sold at a loss and are looking for decision validation and also tend blame anyone but themselves for their investment mistakes. this group will become ever more irrational and bitter as we approach a sale.

forgot to add, this also means an offer rns could come at any time now.

the explanation came from Sarah Dees in response to my question asking what does "marketing process is expected to conclude by the end of the year mean"
I was unsure if that meant they finish marketing and offers (if any) come after that.
they have clarified that the whole process up to and including a signed deal (sale) will conclude by year end.
the implication is that offers must be in now or very soon as assuming more than one offer there needs to be time for counter bids as well as the lengthy legal process.
of course if there are no offers the flip side is we will crack on with exploration / new plan before year end too.

so, not long to wait either way.

so absolutely not continiing into 2020. if a deal is signed it will be before year end, which give the time things take means the offers (assuming there are offers) must either be in now or very very soon.

you might want to work on your English as it clearly reads that you are highlighting a change in stated formation activity.
if your intention was to highlight the increase in share capital why did you not mention it?

the company WILL need funds at some point (I think soon, but that doesn't matter for this point)
the company can NOT issue shares below nominal value (0.1p)
the company can NOT risk running out of money.
to ensure they have 'room' to issue shares at a discount (which they always do for obvious reasons they MUST have an sp well above nominal value.
ergo, they MUST consolidate either before or at the same time as they fundraise.

look at the history, they have done this before!
