you seriously think lines on a chart of past share price movement can predict when news will land?
go on then, please explain the mechanism by which that would work.
I will admit charts can work on large cap liquid stocks, but they can never predict news.
as an aside, I do think news will be pretty soon, but not because of chart mumbo jumbo :)

YOU thought you would make money off the back of other people's work (that's what investing is)
so far it hasn't worked out.

YOU either believe it will (find a buyer) or it won't.
so YOU should ewither sell (if you hold) or buy more or simply hold.

unfortunately it is not correct.

the GSA will be signed (signed, not agreed as it's already agreed)before the infrastructure is built (pipelines etc).
as such it will be signed before a start date is fixed. indeed a start date is not something sound or any other owner of TE5 could give in isolation.
googling to try to look nowledgable is all very well, but I would postulate that those that do it, by the very fact that they need to, are not best equiped to understand the results they get on their screen.
