can't talk for anyone else, but for me I've wasted a ton of money and time on this pack of wasters.

as for meeting long term share holders, sadly that has proved a depressing experience. watching someone you now, albeit tangentially. lose hundreds of thousands of pounds and their health is not great.

before lambasting those of us who don't go you should realise that some like me have been ionvolved with val for nearly a decade and have attended events and taslked to the bod and been fed the same lies over and over again.

you go to the agm, you'll get nothing worth your time out of these 'people'.

stach - consolidation is coming for the very simple rule they can't issue shares below nominal value (0.1p)
we are heading that way fast. announce a placing and the price will tank.
they need 'running room' to be able to issue shares, that is they need the sp to be well abobe 0.1p the only way to achieve that is consolidation.

obviously the maths at time of consolidation means the value of your holding doesn't change.

however, show me 1 (just 1) stock where consolidation hasn't led to a further decline in share price after consolidation (with or without subsequent placings).
it's about sentiment. what does repeated consolidations tell you about the company?

weird, that is EXACTLY the phrase GM said to me aftera previous consolidation.

the can NOT refuse to buy them.
they are MARKET MAKERS (do you know what that is, because it seems you don't)!
there job is to MAKE A MARKET.
they are obliged to buy and sell at normal market size.
their contreol is setting a bid and offewr price.
you will rarely find the same market maker on bid and offer at the same time as they will switch to keep a flat book.

I asusme you are trying to spin this positively and in fact do actually understand this.
if not, I would strongly suggest some basic reading befotre 'investing' in any stock.

virtually no one is buying at this level.
those two 3 million trades were sells at the reduced bid price.
there was no 'other side of the trade' in the sense of a buyer.
this is NOT a matched trade market.
those trades were 'bought' by a market maker, NOT an investor!
they have become a small overhang that the market maker will sell BEFORE the bid is allowed to rise, assuming it doesn't drop.

the buyer is a market maker ffs!

one must always consider placings with val!

it's not about how many shares it's about price!
it can't go below nominal value of 0.1p
so, actually not a long way to go at all.
