why do you think the value of remainder would be 0 until Tendrara sold and then something else after?

think you might be forgetting the offer would (probably) be only for the Tendrara asset.
an offer of 35p for those and the sp should risae to that PLUS whatever the market adds for the value of remaining assets.

either they are buys or there is a hell of a big buy order in the background.

market makers don't opperate as a charity you know.

think it's more relevant that there hasn't been a single trade this morning, hence no reason to change the sp.
