OK, it 'might'be a coincidence.
BUT,
the fact remains, on Friday they will ask to double the shares in issue and if approved give 100s of millions to pay ff a disaterous 'financing plan' that a few weeks ago they were delighted to announce.
then, after they have issued all the enw shares they will be left without enough cash to last the year out and NO ability to issue any more.
what impact on share price do you think issuing all thoise shares will have?
my view, sp tanks and they are forced to consolidate or they consolidate and then it tanks.
either way anyone holding now will see another significant reduction in value.
those are the things that WILL happen.
the other side of the coin is they 'might' get a deal that brings in cash.
but they have been saying that for litterally years!
why would anyone buy these shares?
I am not short or trying to trade and have held val for many years (unfortunately)

so the price is the lowest price during 5 days prior to ISSUE of shares.
so the price will be determined by the price after the agm (after ther full horror of dilution is approved).
anyone who thinks the price will be 0.2p is deluded, it will be significantly lower.
so significantly more than 106 million new shares going to an entity known to want to sell them.
.1p followed by immediate consolidation anyone?

personally i consider the ceo's salary pretty modest. the ceo of the company I work for took home $29 million last year!
