and to clear up any assumptions you might have, I have not bought or sold val in years. my only agenda would be a return for long term shasre holders, but I'm not holding my breath on that one.

let's not forget that even with changes in the bod, what val needs is very serious funding, and immediately.

I suspect the bod could make a good case to cruk that they were the best placed (from a science perspective) to 'complete' the trials. after all they have presumably made that case before. don't under estimate how incestuous specialist academic fields are!

Ips revert to owners.
what's to stop the bod picking up the ips from the owners under a new company?
not saying they would, but it would remove the history of fundraisings, create a clean slate with a lot of the early work done and paid for by val share holders.
indeed, it would make sense for the bod and the ip owners who presumably want them to succeed.
