This is a caveat to that, esduk... isn't it right that MKAR will have redemption shares that might be removed prior to listing that the company would have to pay for their return. if sufficient holders decide they don't want to keep them in it then there 'could' be a shortfall in cash that will need to be raised to cover.
it's true that, this being a recycling play, everyone will be happy to ride the listing all the way into wherever... but it IS a possbility that they don't like the price it lists at, in which case they can redeem their shares at cost, plus interest.
