The price doesn't rise because BoD issued 38million shares at 33p without giving retailers a decent chance of taking the shares... wouldn't mind betting that if they'd opened half of that to retail they could have gotten away with 36p and the shares would have been tightly held.

instead, we got 38million at 33p and then another... 5million (?) at 34 > 38p for traders.

for retail, the saving grace is that that german news DIDN'T come as the spike and sell off would have been a lot bigger. so, release news of proof that pforzheim is getting something genuinely beneficial to their tpa and that gives the proof for the US plants that their own targets are genuinely possible.

so, temporary salvation for the sp but still waiting on the german 'you know what'. and, whatever anyone says, it IS extraordinary that they placed for a german asset and yet couldn't get it confirmed when german and uk govt presence at the ribbon cutting. absolute missed opportunity for a tasty ramp to push this into the mid 50s instead of low 40s.

Sorry, but there's nothing from the BoD that proves they've reapplied for MICA. The december rns said: "The company intends to resubmit its application in Q1 2026 and will ensure trading continuity by transitioning operations to its recently acquired Polish VASP-registered entity, Finferno."

most humbly (not!) an intention isn't 'actively' anything. you have no clue whether they've resubmitted...and my cynicism is based on their 'ensuring' trading continuity' having stopped in april.

nothing they say is guanteed and they word things to give hope... like got to acquire Esysend, Wellesley to ease into stablecoin, Semnet IPO (where exactly ARE Trident?).

To be honest, i'm surprised at the current sp. six months is nothing in the grand scheme of things and companies don't wait to run out of cash before placing. the cynicism in me guesses that the raised price is the pre-cursor to a placing, with the raised price meaning they get a better price for it.

OR... there'a new contract coming... i'll go with my gut... but gla. all i'm after is a lower entry for late 2026 50Ah news...

And you're tiresome in not accepting that none of the tps's are anywher close to being met... not without that German acquisition. AND, if it's just buying out UoB then it does nohting for near term production. It needs to be a German asset that either already has supply contracts or else those insermas aren't doing much.

Was genuinely surprised that the Brompton news pushed the sp higher as it's a tiny bit of cash and a year to develop/test. even if you want to say it clears use in other e bikes, the fact that it's another trial first tells me the cash drain must be significant (but i've given my reasons for the pessimism).
