Thanks for the reply Tiger - good stuff from you and TT again today. The shares are to be listed on or around first November - we should see then whether some make a quick buck or not. My experience of these things is that on 1st November the shares will be .4p. Unless of course there is some game changing news in the meantime. Timing is the key. Good luck with what you have here. Hopefully be joining you at some time soon.

The word "towards" in both rnss seems to indicate that the funds raised are not all that will be needed????? Underperformance with the money from the last placement isn't a surprise as we should all know that these things always take longer and cost more than envisaged at the big sell to investors. Can't see the current placing being any different - but then the potential rewards? mmmm?? Not sure!

An honest appraisal Tiger. I predicted a 40% to 100% dilution to get to production. Initially this is 29% dilution but it is no way near enough to get to production as you say. (Note this placing rns says it is raising money for almost the same things that the last placing raised money for - I digress.) Good point about the warrants raising extra money which according to the rns is to get to a licence stage and allow for exploration at kash. If the sp gets to .6p then the dilution becomes 58% to 60% with Schard's cut. I personally think that more cash will be needed to get to production so maybe another placing but it is all about time taken and cash burn. Difficult to judge. Was going to buy after a placing but going to take the weekend to think it over. Initially my thoughts are the damage is done to the sp - well almost as .4p should be visited. A danger is that the sp won't get to .6p and a further expensive placing will need to take place. The rewards are potentially high as the new investors clearly see .6p as viable. As Tiger says - it's difficult to get the timing right. leaning towards a relatively small punt on Colin coming good for once, preferably below .4p. As I say going to mull it over at the weekend.

Hi charttopper - platinum is not dropping like a lead balloon. It is vacillating along with gold and silver based on the prospect of a deal between the USA and China. Palladium is acting like an industrial metal in deficit. The basket price makes Tjate viable now. However, any serious developer would like to be sure that platinum and palladium prices are going to remain robust over a 10 year period or more before committing capital. A 50% rise in platinum prices from where we are would see greed kick in IMO and Tjate achieve some recognition in JLP's share price.
Specifically for Charthopper - your chance to get in here does not need the sp talking down - it is taking a natural break as some get out at break even or cash in profits over a fairly short time frame - 3.7p should act as support now so buying anywhere below 4p should be a good bet if it is possible to get it. Tomorrow may be your best chance in late afternoon, unless there really is some news to be broadcast. I doubt it - I just think that the heard are getting wind of the potential and imminent profits here and are following their leaders. This is coupled with iis also picking up shares on weakness.

A roughly 20% rise in that week Ronald - so are we to assume that someone is accumulating now and the price is being increased to tempt more and more to sell to meet their demand? If so - long may it continue - the old weak hands to strong hands routine will do nicely. Amazing how those who have suffered over time are eager to relinquish their shares just as they are being / about to be rewarded for their patience and suffering - that's the human for you - buying and selling is an emotional rather than a logical action for 90% of us.

day by day upward grind - I like a nice grind higher. It seems that the market makers have the buyer(s) and need to lift it ever so gently to bring in the sellers so they can make a profit.

Got 4.7p as a short term target myself Hawaii with 9.6p medium term. Long tern is anyone's guess.

Agree with Bluebelly and atilathepun in combination. WRES has potential to churn out cash - nearly there - which should finance all the debt with plenty left over. Masterman's large shareholding gives some confidence but I do not trust anything he says based on the past.
Have you checked in on JLP Bluebelly - moving up nicely without much in the way of volume - looking to accelerate IMO - Zac Mir seems to have stirred up interest.

About80% to 90% of way into the interview Leon reveals that we are plating up copper. Also that earnings growth half on half continues. Also Windsor is processing 1.4x the amount of Hernic. Also Kabwe profits will dwarf all current profits.
Most importantly IMO - we are on the cusp of having enough earnings to self fund future project development - this to my mind is the main key to unlocking the sp to where we can achieve 10p+. Nearly there according to Leon.

Palladium above $1700 which must give us a basket price of 2.5 to 3 times the production costs at Hernic. Unable to comment on Northam production and costs yet but basket price should be similar to Hernic.

He has no chance unless the US economy is in boom time. How can he manage that in just a few short months?
Step 1 - expand expenditure on projects - tick.
Step 2 - harangue the FED to lower interest rates too far - tick.
Step 3 - cause a trade problem and then solve it - one tick so far - second tick would be a well timed trade deal.
By the time of the election he would have near full employment, interest rates which drive a boom, expenditure that drives a boom, a trade deal that drives a boom and a soaring stock market. The bust will come later but he wont mind that - 4 more years 4 more years etc.

Done a bit of digging Tiger - that Glenover project is massive ($233million development costs wow). Like you say time frame for licence and agreement and sale / financing is a problem but your investment in GLR has two prongs where transformation could take place. I see why you are half in and half out. More risk and more potential reward.

That would be great Tiger - let's hope it comes off. You know GLR better than I do. Many other alternatives e.g. JLP takeover of GLR (unlikely) or JLP taking a stake in GLR or a loan from JLP assuming the cash flow at JLP would cover it. Don't know if Colin being on both board's is a help or hinderance in this respect vis a vis rules and regulations.

Just for clarity I said GLR would have 40% to 100% dilution to get to revenue from Star Zinc. Thereafter this will benefit GLR and JLP - JLP could be looking at 30 years from Sable with input from such as Star Zinc and Ka****u plus copper etc - makes for a better basis for valuation of the company. GLR could make quick bucks over about 4 years. Own JLP and watching GLR - both could be multibaggers from here - it's all about delivering and bumps in the road.
(p.s. GLR won't get revenue from Sable until September next year at the earliest and probably not at all in 2020 IMO. About £700,000 needed to pay the overheads after current cash runs out + crushing and other costs. £1m is 48% dilution and £2.1m is 100% dilution. There are other methods of fundraising but placements are Colin's preferred method).

Sounds a good strategy tiger - edging your bets. I think you and total trader have posted some valuable thoughts on GLR. I would say you two have a well balanced view but on the slightly positive side whereas I may be on the slightly negative side. The potential is there - delivery is the questionable part. (p.s. I give sales of other parts of GLR's business at a probability of about 1% - yes quite negative on that).

The 14% minimum does reduce the amount of metal that can be recovered but only from 77,000t to 65,000t due to the poorer quality stuff being eliminated. In all reality the poorer stuff would never have been mined and crushed and transported so it's no change really. My reading of the data gives 270,000t to be mined at 60,000t per annum which gives a maximum of 4years and 5 months approx. This would explain the review after 3 years when they have seen the actual percentages delivered. (please check my findings and don't accept at face value).
Padmasters figures undershoot since much of the resource is 21%+ but do remember that it is 95% owned and that the quality of the product will dictate income and JLP will be taking a hefty cut. All in all the figures should add up. Kash could be the big cash in the long term.

Would agree that Colin is once again putting a positive face on things in an attempt to get the rampers going (notice the re-appearance of some of those ahead of the announcement - what fortuitous timing - who would believe it - not me). A higher sp will mean less dilution to raise the necessaries.

Again I agree Rosewall - just had a long conversation with my step daughter on the way back from taking the grandkids to school. We agreed that all adult human beings are insane. It is part of the condition of human beings advanced state of thinking. The trouble is we are regressing the point of this adult insanity further and further back into childhood. Football, dolls, skipping, conkers, running, jumping, laughing - not worrying and showing off - in fact the more of the former, adults do the more of a grip on their triviality they will have as well.
Pity pgm's have come off the highs. palladium is reacting to supply and demand whilst platinum is reacting as a precious metal in sync with gold and silver. Another example of the madness of human's. Palladium is the most precious of the two but platinum acts like the precious metal because that's how we define it. When human's agree on something then do the opposite. Expecting a slight dip back in JLP - whilst others sell a bit it would be time to accumulate more if you have the cash IMO.
