MinorMiner - I hope that GLR get to mine/dig up the Zinc deposits that they have and supply it to Sable. It 'could' enhance the earnings for JLP and profit both companies.
For JLP shareholders this is a side issue - it is not of massive importance.
For GLR shareholders this is absolutely fundamental - it is boom or bust.
As a JLP shareholder this 'appears' to be of benefit to our company but there is a concern that Colin will use his position to let the tiny tail wag the massive dog. i.e. JLP may not get the best deal available due to his position.
As a GLR holder I would be hopeful of a deal and of a contract and of timing the production and of influencing JLP to amend their Sable plans to incorporate GLR material. My concerns would be the time frame, the licence, the funding, other Zinc deposits in the area and JLP having started up the plant without taking into account GLR material due to their own economics and or the uncertainty that GLR can provide it for the previous reasons.
Possible scenarios:
1. GLR scrape stuff up and supply it to Sable with a licence granted and it is put into the mix by JLP and GLR gets company changing revenue.
2. Colin is spending the last money raise on his and others salaries, licence application, paying for Kashito, paying an extra 15% for Kashito, drilling and trialling and that he will have to come back for a placing to get all this done. This time the placing will be below .4p and maybe .3p if he needs more than last time.
3. GLR prove up the resources(also needing a placing or two) and JLP buy them with revenue stream from Kabwe in 2 to 3 years time.
Let's hope it's number 1. for all GLR holders. I could be a GLR holder in 1 minutes time, we all could. My experience says it is possible that GLR holders are going to make lots of money in a short period of time but it is much more probable that they are going to be looking at losses in the short and medium term and those patiently looking on may find an opportunity to profit from GLR at a later date. Of course I accept that I may be totally wrong. You on the other hand appear to have no doubts whatsoever in your analysis of the situation. I sincerely hope you are right as we will all benefit.
