Stalthtax - we never voted to give up our sovereignty, allow uncontrolled immigration, pay money to a European Government that would decide our laws and belong to an organisation that requires closer and closer unity until we become part of the united states of Europe. In fact we fought two wars to prevent this happening - I think most of Europe (the people of Europe, not the politicians) would happily have a common market back or free trade deals for all if they were given a choice.
The EU controls some countries by giving them bribes to be in e.g. The Republic of Ireland and others are in because they are subjected to a protection racket e.g. the UK.
We can have a free trade deal (which we already had under the Common market) if we pay them money (about 400million gross per week at the moment or 176 million net), allow any of their citizens to move here and enjoy the benefits that are not reciprocated if we go to their countries, accept their laws as our own and pay deference to their courts as superior to ours. Pay up or no free trade (protection racket) - only morons would continue to submit to that.

The Republic of Ireland have done well out of it though - we pay the money to Europe and they pass it on to Ireland - independence from the UK worked well for them - they don't have our laws or us controlling them or have to pay anything. They do have to accept uncontrolled migration but it hasn't affected them much and they receive money whilst we have to pay it. John major eh - what was he thinking. We used to make jokes about the Irish being dumb! Time for us to wise up!

p.s. putting Remain, Deal or No Deal on the ballot paper splits the leave vote and remain wins - so that can't be allowed either.

A second vote can never happen if we are to maintain the UK as a democracy.
A second ballot with REMAIN as one option and LEAVE with the deal of the day which parliament has shown they will not pass under any circumstances is, in effect, giving the electorate the choice between Remain (the people's new choice) or REMANI (due to the wishes of parliament).
If any politician is stupid enough to give a nation that voted clearly to leave, a choice of remain or remain then the majority of people will simply not vote. Then what- say we get 10 million for remain and 5 million for leave with the deal of the day - where is the mandate when over 32 million voted the first time.
This and other ideas have been put forward for nearly 3 years by people who voted remain and just can't accept our democratic decision to leave. 8 out of 9 English areas voted to leave, only London, where 40% of the population were born abroad, voted to remain. Remaining would confirm that the country is run for the benefit of London and not the rest of us.

This is what is going to happen - the Conservatives are going to elect a strong leave leader as they know leaving is paramount to their survival as a party. The message to Europe is we are leaving on October 31st come what may, deal or no deal. Then we agree a deal or a temporary deal to alleviate the problems (all massively exagerated) or we leave anyway.

Between now and end of October the government do what it should have been doing all along and prepare for the exit rather than trying to stop it. Wages are rising at 3.4%, well ahead of inflation, we have record high employment and record low unemployment, we are creating new jobs at the fasest pace ever - whatever job losses occur will be easilly met by new jobs as we look out to the whole world and are no longer constrained by looking inwardly to the tiny and inefficient, overly beaurocratic, controlling and power craving European Union.

I have bought and sold warrants before but not in the last 10 years or so. I used to go to the local Natwest bank and they would phone a broker in London - I had to explain what warrants were every time I went in. It was quite common at one time for investment trusts and unit trusts to issue warrants when there was a new fund launch to incentivise buyers. The financial Times listed warrant prices alongside share price (maybe they still do)
e.g. Irish Values trust at 90p and warrants exercisable in next 12 months at 100p for sale at 2p.
If you were convinced that the trust would rise to say 110p in the next 12 months you could buy the shares at 90p and make 22% profit at 110p or buy the warrants for a 400% profit as they would be worth 10p at a share price of 110p. On the flip sde the warrants are worthles if the share price doesn't get above 100p before the expiry date. Risky business - one for the gamblers. as Tiger says you need a market maker to make a market.

I would be delighted with 25p by Friday Wolfie but I can't see it. The share looks like it is starting the bottoming process and is a bit off starting the climb back up. The rns has given the punters confidence to hold but many are wary of buying still. We will most likely look back and regret not piling everything we can afford in here - you are being brave and deserve the profits that will surely come your way.

Have clicked on the loan link in your post Troajan and I like the use of the word 'reserve' in relation to the loan funding 'facility'. It may be wordplay by MM but it appears the loan facility is just in case if you take mm's words at face value. If you remember I was asking yesterday if anyone had an up to date timetable - I was concerned about time eeking awayt the capital - I feel more confident now that WRES will be fully funded to production. After that we will all be happy holders. Short term anxiety should give way to greed over the coming few weeks. Agrre with 6 to 10 weeks for profitability KV

Charts say grinding up to me. No smash bang whallop but steady as she goes - momentum should build as time passes from here on in.

They were behind schedule and didn't have enough cash to get the job done - needed money and time - bad situation.
Solution - they get cash from rejigging the warrants and that buys them time to get more cash - folks are concerned there would be another placing. They get a loan at 1.75% per annum secured on the grant to come later this year - this covers the cash shortfall to get to production and break even (we hope).
We have definite dates now June start up and July commissioning so August we start to make a profit.
Thinking positively - they have cash in the bank and now income from new set up with old concentrator which sees us through to positive cash flow.
Thinking negatively - this is all later than expected and has incurred extra costs.
IMO the negatives are in the past and are in the share price (we all expected it to be much higher by now) wheras the timing and cash raised alongside production increase at this time are current positives which should lift the sp.
Just going to check the charts to see what the indicators say - they do matter.

I have looked at every one of the companies that Mr Knott is a director of and they are mainly dissolved or not doing anything - some hold cash and assets which have a value and they are interlinked - so it looks to me like they are historic companies that have yet to have the assets 'freed' from them - selling assets and avoiding tax may be obstacles to them being dissolved as well. Apart from the one post on FRR there appears to be no need to worry about Mr Knotts other holdings.

From a SAVP point of view - Andrew Knott was the responsible person at Lothian Oil and Gas Partners LLP until 12 Dec 2017 when he resigned. The responsible person is now Mr Taleh M....
That company appears to be a cash holding company which does little or nothing.
On further research - MR Knott does seem to have a very impressive CV and was well qualified at Edinburgh University. Further, one of SAVPs board members is a former under secretary of the United Nations - in comparison to the history and background of the two in charge at FRR then I am happy to be invested in a company run by Mr Knott.

Anybody care to give an expected timeline for production to full ramp up with all parts working?

FRR is a company that has spent 500 million dollars drilling for oil and gas in Georgia. The share price has dropped over 99%- the company has been badly managed for years. When it got to .1p per share it was successfully ramped to .8p - I have slagged off the company repeatedly and openly traded it because it has a very large following of believers who follow it with religious zeal - similar to GKP which also lost over 99% of it's value. I stated that it was a poor investment and that it was perfect for trading due to the army of believers.

The company was desperate for cash and invited bloke called Hope onto the board to get finance and gave him the right to veto cash raising - long story short - Hope seems to have done em like a kipper and forced the company to hand over everything to him - the shares are delisted off AIM and lots of punters are out of pocket (I had some when they went under). the lawyers are making a forune in the ongoing fight.

Zibrahimovic appears to be attributing some blame to me for the demise of the company or suggesting I was a supporter of the company - the exact opposite is true - I am disliked on FRR because I always slagged the company off. Like a person walking into a church and saying God does not exist - it hasn't made me popular - now FRR looks like a basket case - the believers turn on the people who fortold the demise - it's all about human psychology - it has to be someone's fault.
As for SAVP - binary bet - deal complete - it rockets, deal off it will halve. 90% chance of success IMO for what it's worth.

For Junior miner investors the advice would seem to be to invest in companies that are fully financed (not that easy with lack of transparency) and avoid those that can't borrow as they will return to the shareholders time and again through equity placings - I think most of us have learnt this the hard way.
All seems very relevant to our discussions regarding the relative positions of JLP and GLR.

All of that will be good news when the deal is done TREK - meanwhile more and more patience - the interest here though is widespread - we could well be kicking ourselves for not buying every share we can at these levels.
JLP was 2.25p for ages and was unloved with great potential but not enough on delivery - a couple of weeks back it set off and has lots of supporters and institutional investors at 3.3p to 3.5p. Folks paying 60% more now - SAVPs time will come and when it does I think it will move very swiftly. This board will be buzzing with folks you never heard of - only a matter of time (hopefully).

Have been reading my Guatemalan Highland Aribiaca beans and they say the channel is developing nicely and we should stay between 3.25p and 3.8p, with 3.8p being touched at some time in the next 10 trading days.
