MWG could be the key to early detection of covid 19 globally10 May 2020 13:48
This a game changing product. Thank you Retireby40 for all the inf in your links.
Perhaps anyone writing to Mps the papers etc could include them, assisting any investigation. What stands out to me is the ability to capture data on the majority of the population in a cheap effective way, 75% of Welsh populations data can for example be captured via 21 waste facilities.
Water based Epidemiology crucial for assessment of spread of infection because conventional data methods are based on symptomatic patients and asymptomatic patients which account for a large percentage of the population are not considered and are free unknowingly to continue flaming the spread of the disease. This is were track and trace apps fail as only those who have been tested and are positive can be isolated. Of no use if asymptomatic unless entire global population given antigen test on a regular basis.
Could any rollout of this product be impacted by global shortages of chemical ingredients ? Read about four month shelf life , can somebody enlighten me please as to what exactly that pertains to.
Has anyone on the board got any clue about costs to implement in schools , care homes, hospitals, cruise ships, or perhaps if not feasible because of cost, in all sewerage plants in the UK ( in that case cruise ships would have to stand cost alone)
I am assuming in the first instance once installed that it is relatively easy to interpret results?
Sorry trying to catch up without ploughing through all the history on the BB.
