My understanding is for a hostile bid to have legs you need approx 30% minimum shareholder agreement and if you are correct and no single institution holds over 3% then what you are suggesting would be nigh on impossible. Even with a 30 percent buy in by shareholders it would be fought out in the courts.The SP is on a massive upwards trajectory and personally believe no chance of a hostile bid succeeding at this stage

I do not know anyone who would not buy a home antibody test providing it was accurate. I can't even be bothered to work out how long it would take to test the UK population with the Roche product but tortoise and hare spring to mind.

My sentiments exactly and I like how proactive Gerard Brandon is with shareholders and on twitter. New dawn, right product at the right time.
I have taken a sizeable position and will hold as I believe this in tandem with testing is crucial to the long term success of eradicating covid outbreaks.
Cruise ships will be queuing, lets hope the company is engaging all the sectors who would benefit immensely from this.

It certainly wont be going bust Smokie, Avct, GDR, Hemo etc are all anticipation, they have have nothing to market , hopefully they will, but NCYT is lighteyears ahead and well you know it , so as you are so concerned about newcomers present them with the facts please.

Poor friend Pebble, I would want a gold standard WHO approved test by Primer NCYT if I thought I had covid 19, alternatively an accurate antibody test if I thought I had perhaps had it , but don't think that exists yet !! Umm a test in development, how reassuring for your friend.

Or a stipulation that shares must have been held prior to participation for a set period of time snd that once granted no shares in the company can be sold within a ----- period . Not at all worried about this share though it will just continue to grow, the need is so great. Even when testing diminishes( antigen &antibody,) this product I believe will become mandatory in all waste facilities, care homes, schools, hotels, cruise ships etc. It will become a first line of defence against a second wave , or a new virus and the resultant global lockdown that we are all now experiencing. The economic ramifications will be felt for many years and any safety net must be fully exploited ! MWG!

Potential investors need only read the posts for the last three days to understand how this product could assist globally in tracing covid outbreaks. It has a small market cap and it will fly.
