I don't think it is anything to do with the product or anticipated sales. Right up to news of placing the sp had wings. The placing stopped it in its tracks. It shouldn't have done , but hundreds of posts later many investors couldn't comprehend the price it was set at ( totally reasonable if one considers what price GDR was when they decided upon it) Many of those disgruntled Pi's sold up and will sell any placing shares , they feel cheated.
Roll past the 28th and this will gain rapid momentum. I truly believe it is that simple.

Ummm shall I sit on my hands and wait and see if numerous companies actually manage to succeed or shall I order what I can now ? Ncyt gold standard WHO approved. I think from reading the Bourse chat board over the last few weeks that the French government's decision not to purchase NCYT and lack of RNS with actual sales figures have caused panic with a lot of the French investors. Lots of comments akin to they are being lied to and if sales were good they would have been told and endless mention of 2019 year end figures ,lockdown ending and that the virus is no longer a huge threat. Today many must have sold at a loss, I really do not understand their logic or lack of it. I do not need the reassurance of an RNS weekly and certainly pay heed to the WHO and they certainly advocate Testing as the only solution to a virus which is only being controlled by lockdown. Economies in meltdown globally and potential of 2nd wave once lockdowns are opened up , governments know the risks, the cost of being prepared with tests is minimal compared to the impact on the economy if the world has to go into lockdown again. Too much of a gamble, testing is here to stay for a long time imo

Umm, in life often it is not what you say but how you say it. People invested in Covid stocks obviously see a rare opportunity to make money. I personally fear Covid will be with us a long time and that there will be multiple further waves. That is different to wanting the virus to ------. However we invest to make profit and that can be viewed as off the misfortune of others or diametrically opposed as investing in stocks that can help.

That is my concern about investing more. I only hold 4k but if was to invest more concerned as to what would happen with regards to shares purchased prior to announcement versus those purchased Tuesday.

Me too, sold 8217 at 179.55, happy with that and bought more here. Was sat at kitchen table with a long list re NCYT. Excuse bullet points , 2 kids with online exams.

Update could be huge, do I recall a US sales mgr job seen on linked in a while ago. The US manufacturer could be very busy right now satisfying forward orders as of yet undisclosed . NCYT have not failed to deliver yet, could be a huge WHO Order, there aren't many alternatives out there. NCYT could hoover up orders, produce under licence, so beneficial to be so ahead of competitors . This is my safe covid stock.

Friend of mine is a dermatologist and prior to any op they have to have a Antigen test as does the patient ( prior to being released onto a non covid ward post op) this is happening every day all over every hospital and with every surgeon and patient.
