Good evening, could it be something as simple as the fact that they could have been using Novacyt much much earlier and potentially avoided many of the Covid deaths through implementing stringent testing much faster. If the company is named it becomes very clear with very little investigation to all and sundry that somebody somewhere made some very wrong decisions with the kits purchased initially , when the answer to the crisis was right in front of them. Perhaps they opted for a cheaper option and it backfired.
