Hopefully exciting times ahead , we have all the products, now lets get down to the business of sell sell sell. A couple of savvy posters on here pointed out to me several months ago that it was the R&D team whom we owed our gratitude to for the success of the products we had launched and that I should not be giving so much credit to G.M. I hope that there is a lot of truth in that and if so the combination of D.Allmond and our R and D team could be a magical combination. Time will tell.

WBAFC I too am at a huge paperloss compared to when the sp was at 12 ,many are. However if the dispute had not occurred I doubt many of us would be giving director bonuses a second thought. Are you suggesting the new CEO should join with no chance of a bonus ? Come in turn this around , but we weren't happy with your predecessor so I'm afraid you get nada. I can't see it would incentivise the other directors either. Totally understand the frustration but we need something that is mutually beneficial. What is standard market practice ? I am not knowledgable in this arena.

Oh I'm not against director incentivised renumeration but done in such a way that the shareholders benefit also. Even though I believe the company could not have forseen the DHSC dispute they should not benefit whilst the shareholders suffer. It should be fixed in such a way that unless we benefit they don't. Perhaps % linked to share price accrued monthly dependant on SP and not at a set date which can lead to artificial spikes with a plethora of inf being released. Needs consideration.

Agree BH2 , but very high on my agenda would be winterplex and 2nd generation antibody tests and when they will be ready to apply for FDA approval.
I would also nail down whatever position the company finds itself in with Oddo and if still in contract then cancel it even if it means paying for nada as that is preferable to "them working for us"

I think David Allmond will be in situ way before the 18th, maybe already. The two will work in tandem for a smooth handover. It cannot be the case he arrives the day Graham leaves. In most senior roles there is a transition period and I think he will hit the ground running but in which direction we will have to wait to find out.

Yes Porky needs to tone it down and he knows that himself and he also knows he shouldn't respond to you or Van and it should be taken offboard as Brentw1 suggested. All I can say is I have seen his holding and he does not trade. If he did it would be very clear even he was trading a fifth of his position. He has averaged down so much that the phrase desperate cannot be used looking at his holding. I might not be a good judge of character but I think Tay did a huge amt of research and if I had half the tech knowledge of either Cococola kid or QD I'd be a happy bunny. That is the one area I struggle in comparing competitors products like for like and I have to say if I have Dm'd New Forms research and they think something has an advantage etc they will tell me straight.
I sit on a huge paperloss with what I could have cashed out , but not a huge monetary loss on what I invested as I went in heavy early. I could walk now , I choose not to as I see huge potential. Eyes firmly on David Allmond as it is he not the DHSC dispute I will be most focused on.

I agree with you RBM to a large degree but it is becoming almost negative to post positively about where we choose to invest. I also think these over inflated share predictions for tomorrow need to cease.
Nobody had an issue with Van when he ramped and he did constantly as did Rich Ken. Van was more subtle but this share was going places and Graham should be nonimated for a medal and the sun shone from Sp's ..... Strange how people are perceived. Read about the test you posted earlier. The article was not correct about some basic science . As we all (hopefully know ) full sequencing can take a couple of weeks . That is were Primerdesign come to the fore with genotyping assay tests which can be completed in a few hours. Novacyt is not unique in being able to do this Oxford Nanapore can too via their minions and gridirons.
The point is a lot of antigen tests can pick up numerous variants but sequencing will remain as new variants need to be detected and fast. My only other thought is that it is yet again a Chinese test and we all are aware of the wildly inaccurate S and S rates quoted. Read about so many super tests that never come to fruition. They will eventually so good to keep watch.
