Agree @ CO. Interesting re a new CEO during a dispute , one what assume prior to agreeing to join he would have to be briefed sufficiently to enable him to make a careeer changing decision. He obviously decided it would progress his career. So is this a huge leap up for him , is it the potential he has seen , a mixture of the two?

Hi Monty I may take a simplistic view, but if the BOD were to buy and then the dispute was settled it would understandably be viewed negatively. As you correctly say the BOD knows exactly what stage the negotiations are at , to me that puts the BOD in a position whereby they cannot buy.
For example if David Allmond upon joining bought a sizeable amount of shares and the dispute was settled within weeks because he took a different stance to his predecessor then I personally would be less then impressed. Obviously thrilled dispute settled but not that we as LTH'S have held and were not privy to inf that enabled others to buy and benefit that we were not aware of.

I don't ramp I hold and freely admit I should have sold at 12 and also openly say I will sell a chunk when they go up . I don't quote high numbers. @Hamsters I don't have level two so don't know if one was a buy and one a sale , both out of trading hours and both exactly 45 thousand shares. If both buys that is £360k. ? If a buy and sale somebody trading across the exchanges.
