Tk if they are going to be video overseeing every LFT as the public can't be trusted at an additional cost of £15.00, then the cheaper LFT test will cost more than a PCR test. One nurse can oversee 4 tests per hour versus some Q machines doing how many tests every 80 minutes ? A little row of them ! Think Katalyst might be expanding rapidly if the govt go this route. Additionally any positive LFt then costs the govt ( us the taxpayer , subsidising peoples ollidays to have a confirmation PCR and sequencing ) great plan Savid.

Byp , G.M didn't ramp the share on the 29th Sept as you claim. It was an amazing contract to win and we were all elated and excited by the thought of a ten week extension and phase two. Had that transpired we would all still be thrilled. It didn't and we cannot point the finger at Graham for that. Subsequent inability to renegotiate maybe , I do not know nor do you. The same applies to the timing of IT IS , having negotiated the contract they probably made the move to purchase IT IS and long term I believe it will prove to be a very shrewd acquisition.
The communication since then has been quite frankly appalling and has caused loss of sentiment and frustration , that I accept 100 %.

Good Evening , the Exsig and PRO mate was successfully trialled at Queen Marys hospital summer 2O20 and we were all hopeful that it would be utilised in care homes across the UK , instead the govt opted for LFTs and we sadly know how that turned out. I do not believe there was anything wrong with the Exsig . The labs however found the process fiddly , operative complaints. My stance has always been they saw it in action , they had demonstrations and ordered a minimum value of 150MM pounds worth of the products. To be able to fulfill this order Novacyt started rapid production.
Now it becomes a grey area.
Everything from here on in is speculation. Numerous theories have been put forward. The only facts we know are Novacyt delivered every few weeks and were paid for the entire contract save for a shortfall of 23MM. In 2021 the DHSC ordered 40MM of PRO mate for which Novacyt have not yet been paid. Another PROmate order for 4.7 MM was made this SEPT but this contract has no minimum value.

Deas to be transparent he did voice some of these fears to me directly via DM on twitter. I responded and spoke to a few others via DM in that group. There opinion was not very complimentary about his motives. I am fine with a well constructed articulate arguement being put forward and will always give it due consideration. I have to me a considerable sum invested and the more I am aware of to help guide me in any decision is beneficial. I think Dunc is obviously an intelligent chap and knowledgeable about the company. I simply do not agree with him and my objections are with him trying to influence others on how to vote and instilling fear in holders. I have no desire to dominate the board with counter arguements.

Dunc you have told the board your worst fears , they are conjecture based on a series of events and not fact based. To try and influence how people vote is in my opinion wrong , very wrong. Encourage people to vote but not how to vote. I would imagine by now the vast majority of holders will have voted , if they haven't then VOTE now.
If I felt as you did then I most definitely would not be holding.
The addition of Nick Plummer earlier this year who will have gone over the DHSC dispute with a fine toothcomb and advised the company of their exact contractual rights gives me further reassurance that the DHSC outcome will be negotiated and with a favourable outcome for Novacyt.
No offence to any who chose to be members of the telegram group but it is a lack of openness that I abhor and why invited numerous times I declined. It was sold to me that you can voice your fears. Happy to voice any here , always have been ! If this is demonstrative of what went on then very pleased I wasn't a member.

Sonic , I sit on the fence re inclusion of the 4.7MM contract. The contract has no minimum value as highlighted in the 18th of August RNS, therefore it would be premature to have reliance on it to meet a target of 100MM.
I was more interested in the fact they stated this contract has no minimum value , immediately made me think that the 150MM stipulated a minimum value and to me that implied it is something they may rely on to some degree in their negotiations. Equally it could simply be stating a fact.

D3B83 , 26 in the pipeline now , this figure will evolve and grow , I hardly think the R&D team have their work schedule forward planned for a year.
Regarding the 100MM forecast , how much interest is there in CO prep , how much Winterplex will be required globally , the list could go on , how long is a piece of string.
I'm happy sticking with 100MM anything over great , a nice suprise.
