Evening Dunc,
You know I disagree with you and I believe your concerns are based on conjecture.
Take for example your assumption that Novacyt do not consider resolution of the dispute as their top priority. You are as clueless about that as am I and every holder. I personally believe it is at the top of their agenda and the delays are down to the DHSC. I think ( therefore as irrelevant as what you think) that there could be a blanket ban on settlement of any contracts awarded without competition.
The going concern until June 2022 if the dispute went in favour of the DHSC does not even consider any contract wins or to the best of my knowledge earnings between Jan 2022 and June 2022. Others not working with us because of the dispute is totally wrong. We have a new contract with the NHS for PROmate , expect another very soon and multiple UNICEF contracts since the news broke.
Your absolute worst case scenario ( no3) is not on my radar. We know the products are in use elsewhere and we know Novacyt had stockpiled reagents and were in a position to fufill the contract.
We all find it extremely frustrating that we cannot get more information on the dispute but we have been through the reasons for that multiple multiple times. To suggest the whole thing is being stagemanaged is basically saying they know the outcome and are a bunch of crooks. I simply do not believe this , nor did you for many months or you would not have invested, nor still hold a position. Now you have told the entire board your worst fears / possible outcomes and there does not appear to be a large appetite for repeat performances. You may call it burying our heads in the sand , I can assure you I do not take a cavaliar attitude to the position I hold In Novacyt and I'm dam certain those I've spoken to regularily on here don't
either. However I cannot reconcile what you believe with holding a position. If I genuinly believed what you do I would sell up immediately.
