Will take time for the NHS too GT. In the past , probably still ongoing , I have read reports that it pays 17 quid and more to have a light bulb changed by private contractors. If presented correctly by Nova sales staff and they can evidence the cost of processing certain tests sent out to labs and the time lag , the cost of a Q sitting in every hospital and the speed with which tests can be processed is a no brainer. Tick Tock money o'clock.

I think the even bigger disgrace would be to learn how many every country is binning , because they are out of date. I bet we never learn the truth, but it would be truly jaw dropping in magnitude.

That is awful to hear Troublesome and without doubt partly caused directly by the lab scandal.
No consolation what so ever to those who have lost a loved one but I would be relentless in pursuing the government. Beyond disgraceful.

By portable Troublesome it doesn't need to sit in the case , you take it to the field and they come to you , be it cattle or human , fish or frog, bird or bat blah blah.

Don't get excited by intraday SP , those who make up stories , the incessant whining or the blatant ramping/ deramping. The fact it was Gemma Stokes discussing the 10 min nucleic acid test means it's happening , she doesn't strike me as a stooge who is spewing forth drivel. So I wait.

I am waiting for what could be the biggest catalyst yet for Novacyt. Any holder who has not yet watched the ASHG video released last week should take 7 minutes out of their schedule to do so. The entire video gives great insight into Novacyts immediate focus. I think this video was made around March / April time judging by the amt of tests sequenced at that time, (they say 2mill, now about 4 mill)
Roll forward 6 /7 /8 months and how far have they progressed with some of the things mentioned. Initially I thought why tell the market / competitors what you are planning. Then I realised submission videos for ASH had to be in months ago and Novacyt knew it wouldn't be released until Mid October.
In the video Gemma Stokes talks about one of the projects they are working on , speeding up NAT testing to about ten minutes and more assays in one tube. Now this was months ago , even then she quotes "to about 10 minutes" this is not an arbitrary figure plucked from mid air. At that stage months ago they must have known it was feasible / been there or close in whatever they were developing. This is an absolute game changer if it is released. I have absolute confidence in the R&D of Novacyt and expect to hear more on this fairly soon. Relaxed about when , because it is now more obvious then ever that we will be testing for many years to come. Novacyt release this and even I will believe Porkies 54.00 is a realistic target.
Great to hear from Kevin about US expansion plans and a larger product portfolio of regulatory approved tests in America and Sourh America. It was however Paul Oladimeji talking about turnaround times of assays being an issue which led onto Gemnas Stokes discussing 10 minute tests that really caught my attention.

Ummm. I felt it was most odd. Most in corporate life know the relentless pursuit by headhunters. There is a dire shortage of individuals with the expertise he has. I find it very strange that he chooses to advertise his availability via Linked in. Without doubt the entire sector is aware. I have never seen such a thing before. Imo it becomes stranger by the day. So not so sure BH2

Doing Nada wins the day for me , after the last 8 months I am just waiting. Of course some will sell but I think I'd climb that mountain and lob myself off it If a TRI , contract , dispute resolution landed and I was out. Not advice, just what I'm doing.

This imo is purely to do with the DHSC dispute. Not the fact it occurred , but how G.M has interacted with them since the dispute and perhaps in the eyes of many board members has hindered negotiations. Purely speculative , but you sense the utter disbelief in the Rns whereby it stated they ordered 40.million in the first quarter. I suspect the board believes negotiations could be productive but GM was an obstacle to that as he took 100 % hard line. This board too will be divided.
