No diff to most bods , certainly not unique to Novacyt. They know the lower the drop the higher the climb to achieve LTIP . Lot of negativity today , they have a plan they just aren't telling us. These new tests posted today have been around since at least June , I have a mail dated 1st July saying they will be Rns'd at the appropriate time . When that is quite frankly is beyond me.

Yes BH2 the common factor I agree 100 % . These new LFTs are a prime example. NO CTDA approval required , already on the market and we are told NADA. As you say not natural behaviour for someone with a marketing background.

So the STD LFTs can be used by companies like Katalyst , Dam , WHO was the Dengue developed for, is it market led as the company says it isdeveloping after widespread consultation. Obviously development of non covid tests is happening , they need to.update their product pages and with the new non covid PCR tests.

Now it is in the court system it can indeed take years. There could also be an out of court settlement any day. However Novacyt won't agree to that if not in their favour. That gives them a clear run to carry out M & A and I strongly suspect that is what they will do , it's what I'd do. I'd buy a cash generating business or two and fast , ensuring sufficient funds available to not require a placing . The cash earnt from wise acquisitions can hedge against the outcome being unfavourable to Novacyt and they may have plenty of time to accumulate it.

Looking at the PDF extracts of the Who contracts is quite enlightening that KT )posted. I have source doc found on the net. At a cursory glance it would appear that there are a couple of contracts in August and all the rest, 15 , from OCT onwards. So credit to D.A in achieving that and long may it continue . So in 2021 under G.M we conducted no business with the WHO but achieved 17 contracts since D.A took over.

I agree Harchris , the financials and lack of information negatively impact sentiment. The potential of the company is not helped in anyway by the constant lack of information by the company.
An example of such is the WHO contract , which I have been informed has been extended. This has never been reported by official channels. One could join dots as to the reason why , however we all played that game in 2020 , first half of 21 and I personally now just want facts. The company cannot hide under the " We are a different company and only report larger contracts " we need more visibility . Explain why H1 sales were so low. Explain what you have done to rectify it and inform us if this starting to show progress ! Regarding the attitude the company adopts to ' sharing information ' there is one consistent presence and that indeed B2H is the chairman and I too believe it is JW who must be held responsible for the complete lack of updates. They claim they aim to achieve shareholder value! My bank balance is screaming WTF are you doing ?

Agree B2H Mandy has indeed confirmed that numerous LFTS are missing from the product pages. I also believe several new PCR tests are too.
So a question arises. The new LFT's are not being advertised with any distributor that I can find , nor is any promotional or technical literature available on the internet. Therefore are they white labelled ? For that to be lucrative there has to be substantial orders for Novacyt to not release them for sale to the wider public. Non covid tests do not require CTDA clearance , perhaps awaiting CE clearance is the only reason I can think we have not been informed if they will be for sale to a larger audience.

Without doubt the board will go for M& A as soon as they locate a suitable target. Now they have established no quick resolution forthcoming they have no alternative if they want to grow the company. Imo
