Harchris p100 has no time to waste to listen to the company updating us. He/she only has time all day every day to post 100 % uber negative posts. Currently a huge disconnect between sp and potential value of company. The company could turn this around relatively quickly if they kept the market informed , progressed some M&A instead of talking about it and utilised their fantastic R&D to develop some unique products.
Maybe they are and hence the silence. Pretty weird to have a plethora of new non covid tests , both PCR and LFT and not inform the market. Hopefully due a stonking R& D update. I just wish they would update regularly. We know they have at least five new LFTS ( brochure posted )and approx ten new pcr assays ( rns'd) but no details. So it is a waiting game again. Likewise mention of new partnerships and a new contract which generated 200k last order but no detail. Very frustrating for all holders and not acceptable , nor is the lack of explanation as to why H1 figures were atrocious. I would like an explanation but doubt it will be forthcoming. We definitely need more detail as to how they believe they can reach their target figures.
Although not an indicator of future worth, does anyone know any stats of how often Aim companies achieve LTIP targets , a couple of holders asked me and I have absolutely no idea.

If there was any attempt to take the company private then that would only occur if they were certain that they would win the DHSC dispute. Otherwise they would be looking at servicing debt from day to day operating profits. Even a sniff that they were attempting this and the price would rocket . I do not see this as being a consideration.

I suggest you do . Take it up with her and tell her you don't approve of how she writes. With regards to her answer regarding Promate , I have no idea how you can comment , as you are not privy to the questions I asked her or the reason why I asked the questions that I did. I take it seriously that somebody accuses me of creating a false document and trying to pass it off as a genuine email. I have many emails from the company and have better things to do then falsify documents , might be something you are familiar with but certainly not something I would entertain. I too shall contact Mandy to see if you do indeed contact her , will be interesting you self righteousness tool.

This is an email from Mandy , Jan 2022 , obviously no indication of numbers. We have since seen both Tara MD and Tata 1mg promoting our products. They could be selling zero, however to constantly belittle those who attempt to research is more reflective of those doing so then the holders who follow their investment closely.

Of course we will be in the VIp lane. We were the only company in the UK with a test and rapidly FDA approved , so of course the govt were talking to us. Label it whatever but there were very limited
if any options. Finish us off , get a grip.

It most definitely is not clear B2H . Looks like they have lowered price , yet numbers in the table look the same as what WHO figures were.

A lot more then 12 unless I can no longer count. We have not been told about the 8 new Pcr assays mentioned in an RNS , nor the new set of STD lfts and new Dengue LFT , marketing brochure posted , then the three Transplant LFTs and more !
That's 15 without looking up exactly what was said. No clue as to why no updates but a crazy way to behave imo.

With his qualifications ,think he is more than capable of evaluating his next career move. I daresay he is better qualified than the majority of us , actually embarrassing to have folks question him before they have seen anything to enable them to make a judgement .

I agree B2H . Which makes a mockery of unable to use, as none of the staff would have been able to pass their competency tests and the training sessions would have been halted.

Sorry , meant to add , if GM/Bod were told at 8 weeks that should have been RNS'd as it would have had a material impact on the SP. Instead we were told Phase two was still being negotiated.

Exmex I don't know , but looking at the amt of instruments produced, my reading of the situation would be that GM was confident that stage 2 would proceed and he was producing in advance to ensure he could meet the quantities required at set dates. He also pre bought vast quantities of other products. He was either ignoring what was in plain sight or was being misled. My primary focus is on the initial contract as that is what is impacting us . Tbh in one of GM's rns's I recall him writing something that suggested phase 2 had been triggered and half expected Novacyt to gun for the entire amt.
They are obviously being advised as to what is ' reasonable ' which of course is the correct stance .
What do you think happened ?

And before any jumps down my throat, I think neither pay rises , nor any further LTIP payments should be happening until this whole sorry affair is sorted.

Maybe regardless of what Novacyt offered the government had absolutely no interest. They had alternative plans at a fraction of the cost and come hell or high water were going to implement those plans.
We amongst other had our contracts cancelled. When did they tell us, remains to be seen , but G.M could have been labouring under false understanding that the contract could proceed to stage 2, whereas the govt had entirely diff plans.

Nothing leaky , no rumours quit the B/S . Court case info looks heavily weighted in Novacyts favour. 100 % concur with Gazman there should be no smoking guns, the main evidence the case is built on and defence should have been exchanged at this stage.
