Normally done when a stock is struggling and has declined in value, often done to carry favour with the big boys for numerous
reasons and generally viewed as a negative move , personally don't want to see it happen.

If Novacyt lose they repay up to 135mm .
IF Novacyt lose there are tax and VAT implications ( in Novacyts favour )
