No it said it had received an offer to be taken over so the sp shot up with lots of pumping, but never reached anywhere near supposed offer. Load of warrents at higher price, then last night another RNS by company .. oh we've been scammed no takeover bid.

Then straight into 2024 and we should start hearing about contracts to hit the 500mm and finally after the appeal of the JR, concrete plans to monetise IM.

Personally happy with how this is shaping up. Time will tell.

Although I daresay some of the Friends of the Earth fully paid up members who stalk LSE boards to further their cause, might be a tad irritated if JW pulls a blinder with the refinancing.

Think GL's numbers feasible in right circumstances, however expect much larger bounce if we win court case.

It occurred to me a while ago , although no idea if this is feasible/ or what happens in reality.

Take the worst case scenario, we go the whole hog to court and lose. The DHSC could get lump sum and then arranged pyt of x per year. It is of no benefit to bankrupt Novacyt. Is that why Novacyt have spent so long getting tests verified to all the new regs. Will they launch on full throttle new year in the knowledge that FY 23 audited numbers will be those that will be used if a settlemeent/ repayment was on the table.

The alternative would be to sell Ncyt , but most staff would leave and they would be selling the diagnostic portfolio only. Just some thoughts, the worst case scenario and different outcomes are not given much consideration here.

Note, personally believe we stand a very good chance of winning.

Stokey12 , yes there are two who spring to mind Alan Haley and Frank Piggot , both worked at H&W during the last upgrade and if you take a peek on linked in at their roles, without doubt we have extensive in-house experience of this particular FPSO, probably a contributing factor in the contract award.

A secret squirrel told me the SeaRose will be worked on in the smaller of our 2 drydocks. Wonder what will be in the larger :)

Re others, I want it publicly acknowledged one person alone is in the driving seat and that individual is the source of many of our frustrations and nothing will change until he is removed.
