Yes there could be a further appeal, as previously discussed on here numerous times. The likelihood is remote though, approx 5 % are granted the right to appeal to supreme Court. I don't have stats to hand of success rate of those that do appeal. Let's be generous and say 50%. So after we win appeal : ) , a 2 / 3 % chance of any further successful litigation.

I believe 3 or 4 judges including Chief judge hear the appeal and the decision can be delivered on the same day. However If I recall correctly, @Stokey12 wrote some akin to.. be prudent not to bank on it until 2nd quarter.

Morning , of course it is 40 diff vendors , take for example supply of containers , supply of bedding , supply of barstools , supply of fridges, carpets , chandeliers , or even the scaffolding firm in last weekend in relation to the containers. It is to be expected and doesn't place us in a position to establish exactly what our role is. I don't doubt that it will remain fluid for a while yet.

More posts on LinkedIn from Terramore indicating that they are taking the project lead , 40 vendors, assume that's what they mean by 40 venues and they are thrilled to collaborate with us and make history. No indication as to what role we will/ won't play in the physical refurb.

It would appear at this stage that all we know is that they are availing of our facilities and we are obviously very heavily involved in the provision of vendors. I doubt those we are collaborating with have extensive contacts in Ireland / Europe to provide the resource required. No doubt we will learn more as the week progresses.

I would expect much of the refurb could take place outside of a dry dock. Indeed according to comments on linked in mid March is the first time she will enter DD.
