Now fully researched and uber negative, he is considering trading a possible spike with 'additional funds' . The emotional attachment must be the overriding factor, if I was so negative, so concerned about numerous issues, I wouldn't be adding to avail of a spike , I'd be offloading my core holding pronto. 😉

I don't think a single trader will have glanced at Harl. The market has been on a rollercoaster over the last few weeks, HE1 , GBP, Boil, to name a few that have multibagged ,some up > 400 %. I'm sure somebody who has over 30 investments must be aware of the aforementioned.

on the specifics of each ground of challenge, it is the first two grounds ( i believe) that will be considered at the court of appeal hearing.

the challenges to be considered are vastly reduced and i think therefore that a decision will be easier to reach, however the availability of more then one judge to complete such, may adversely impact timelines.

If my memory serves me correctly I remember Ygen getting a 5.5mm contract, a 57mm surge contract and being part of the now infamous 2.2 billion microbiology bidstat thingymajingy.

Re the two earlier contracts , can't recall if they were 'up to that amt contracts ' but def without doubt YGEN were 100 % caught up in the Covid whirlwind and their MCAP reflected it, IMO.
