My opinion is that it would be a radical departure from established precedent to agree with the Appellants approach, and this was quite clearly pointed out by our KC and the lead judge was very active in her engagement.

very strong performance from our kc who has consistently dismissed, with great aplomb and copious evidence , points raised by conor ***en. referencing cases , letters written to ministers blah blah.

so far focus on significant and controversial and superbly presented evidence as to why it is a political decision and if it was controversial the executive would raise it. points out discussed in assembly , numerous letters written, all very similar ( ??) to all the senior ministers , asking them to raise it .. nobody did. names cases , bmap , selnas & craigavon in support. all reinforcing if something sig & con comes out of exec itself. quickly written .. excuse mistakes.

Not much I expect , no point in second guessing the judges and risk antagonising them before they even commence deliberation . I hope no more champers & scallops.
