Thats the frustrating thing about this whole pointless debate lol!!! Everyone is hung up on the finance and missing the big picture! In terms of timeline:
HEMO-CAR-T has been with Penn for months now, its sponsored but Hemo have to stump up cash for IND. As soon as hemo have cash thats done, IND application and Hemo becomes a Clinical Pharma and suddenly people will take notice, its a big deal, IMO everything is sitting ready they just need cash, either from Mint or Eli Lilly.
CBR Patent, its new and novel, its cheap to patent, for sure Vlad and Mrs Vlad will be rushing to get this protected ASAP and as soon as that happens HOPEFULLY in a standalone RNS and it hints at a cure for Covid?... No reason that could not drop any day, they kept it secret for months, they would not reveal it without preparations to protect it.
SAFE-HEMO-CAR-T added to Penn and tests complete - No reason to delay this, expect this any day now, funding not required.
Eli Lilly CDX licencing agreement. - ZERO evidence to suggest Eli wont sign, but even vlad has indicated on twitter, this deal gives him much more leverage in negotiations with Eli. Clearly those negotiations have already begun and vlad decided he needed some leverage so they must be finalising the figures now, I expect it signed before Christmas and expect others to agree and FOMO to kick this into gear in the coming weeks because of that.
Finally its a simple question, Mint can only make 10% by forward selling and even then if SP tanks they lose. They are offering 60 million. Does anyone really believe they would have passed DD and approved this loan on a nod from Vlad that sometime in 6 months they may sign something that might make money? Mint are aware of immediate and significant developments that will be a inflection point for Hemo.
So timeframes? Within days or weeks we will start seeing news. As soon as there is funding from either eli OR the loan..... you REALLY want to be invested before this happens. You can worry about Mint and their 10% discount and ignore everything else if you wish, Ill not be selling.
