why bother ramp? Meeting has been pushed back so that Hemo can deliver something significant and positive.
Not sure there was much need to push it back as the SP was irrelevant right now for the vote it only matters in like Feb or March when the prospectus is issued and any loan is drawn down, but Vlad probably just wants to make sure the vote gets passed and having a significantly greater SP will help with that.
Lets just wait and see what happens, I have all the shares I can afford for now so for me just a waiting game, people want to trade this share now? fill your boots. People want to short? Work away, a short squeeze is much more profitable for investors when it happens.

Normally I would agree, but look at the number of shares in that trade, 36 shares at 8.1p?then earlier in the week same thing a ut for 1 single share at 8p.. With very few or no orders they can place an order to manufacture this UT. I realise the UT is automatic but its derived from bids placed by MMs

The logged an order for 8.1 as it closed to cause this trade:

Manipulation at its finest.... Seen this before the RNS this week with a 1trade UT at 8 the day before, dropped the price.

NT on 50k, 8.5 paid, 50,001 quote of 8.6.....
They just do not want to let this SP move up.

You clearly didnt see where I said fair enough? If its a concidence then fine, but the timing was very concidential: 11:34m 11:37 and 11:39.
As for why is this time going to be any different?
14 May 2018 Hemo announced the development agreement with Eli Lilly(name withheld at that time), early this year they announced that the plan was to complete late in April.
However for some unforeseen reason they were forced to put this on hold, something happened and Eli had to close their labs and then redirect everything to research something else, not sure what, could be anything :P

Once that happened we entered into a very frustrating period of delay, postponement, push back and not knowing ness. There were extensions, but still the labs had not opened, so more extensions. To try and placate without issuing more delays it was said, oh yes they have until september to finish development and then we are in a 3 month licencing peroid. Each time they were hoping the labs would re-open and they could get back to work.

It was frustrating, it peeved me off, it peeved you off and everyone else including I am sure Vlad.

Whats different this time is when the extension was posted, when we were provided the date 31st December 2020 we were told that the lab had re-opened and Hemogneyx and Eli Lilly were working together in the lab to select the best CDX antidbody candidate. We have the RNS from end september stating, they were in licencing discussions with Eli Lilly over CDX antibody. The recent funding RNS states they hope to COMPLETE work shortly.

I will be first to admit I am very pro hemogenyx, but I will call them out when due, but seriously. Covid-19 shut down the labs for an unspecified period of time, they are now open they are working on picking a CDX antibody and they have agreed an extension date to 31st December 2020, if thats not enough to be optimistic then might I suggest REAT, they have recently placed an order for one pallet of thick lemon fragrance bleach which is a sign they have lots of toilets to clean!!

@MrIndia, to directly answer your point about projections and people looking a quick buck selling, I genuinely believe that ship has sailed and the traders or short term holders like Pumpkin have by and large sold and left, volume is tiny these days because the traders are not trading. I am aware that LTHers have been loading, like I said earlier one of them bought £20k * 2 yesterday and only one printed so far and another big order this morning. The number of shares going into sticky hands is significant. However we/they are not willing to buy 50k chunk after 50k chunk to force the SP up and so the SP does not shoot up with lots of on quote printed instant trades, they are delayed managed orders filled by MMs who want to make a profit and replace the stock at a discount.

The BAD news is yes unfortunatly a fairly stable SP, perhaps small gains, but those with alot of skin dont want to force the SP up as it costs considerably more to buy shares.
The GOOD news is there is alot less stock in the hands of traders or 5-10% ers. I and most of those I know are here for 6-12mths+, perhaps slicing if price is significant, but we are targeting prices far higher than Hemo has yet seen. I dont see us falling, I do see FOMO kicking up the SP as we move though December and when licencing deal lands I see multi bags.

Ok, willing to take at face value :-) was just very surprised to see 3 new or very rare appearance, faces post within a few moments of each other.
Anyway no need to be pessimistic about this share. Agreed its been very slow year in terms of CDX with Eli Lilly, but Vlad has also seen that and seems to have drawn a line, he has several products which are actually better than CDX and is now in place to self fund and bring all to clinical trials.
Time has been the enemy, Labs were shut due to Covid, funding takes time to set up. Things ARE moving now, deal with Eli very soon and the Loan should be available by February or March.

You clearly have not been invested in Hemo for too long.
Any time a date is given the SP surges as we approach, so no the SP certainly wont crash. 31st December is a key date, IMO deal before then, but regardless, as is tradition in Hemo the SP will start to shoot up in the weeks before as traders and opportunists will buy in. The dream is always that they are too late and news drops before they get a chance, hoping this time that happens :P

basically us share holders have to approve this loan, and I cant see bauer, augher etc approving it if they view it as harmful to their interests.

The-Hat he has a lot of options here when he decides to raise the SP:
1, Patent application for CBR for Covid-19
2, Results on CBR
3, Eli Lilly licencing agreement
4, SAFE-HEMO-CAR-T added to Penn licencing agreement
5, Statement from Mint confirming intentions RE hold notes as an investment
6, Directors share buy - VERY easy way to drive up the SP and very likely if SP still below options price
7, Announce contract for mice sales
8, Re-vamp website
9, News of revenue from Orgenesis
10, Simple statement that the loan will not be drawn down below x pence

This is a tiny non exhaustive list, there are lots and lots of things that vlad can do to raise the SP if needed, I have no doubt the SP will rise anyway going into december and the new year so probably he wont have to do anything. I also dont think it will take that long for a significant re-rate, certainly before the vote.

Pumpkin yes for once you are right, the lower the share price before the first tranche is drawn down the better it is for Mint, however it is very much out of their hands. Like it states in the circular the loan has to be approved that includes his vote and his missus and the other BoD members so while Mint might very well love to give the full 60m and pay only 1p per share, that would equate to 6 billion shares which is 10 times more shares than are currently in circulation and would make vlad a tiny minority stake holder in his own company and with zero control. So there is a price or level of equity that Vlad is happy/willing to pay in exchange for this loan but its not going to be anywhere near todays price.
Mint cannot force Vlad to take their cash, and if there was any suggestion that they were to short the stock JUST to force the SP down in the week before conversion then there is no way with such a toxic relationship that vlad would take the loan.

Pumpkin for once is pointing out the obvious, Mint are best served by getting the notes and holding expecting the SP to rise as we see products going through clinical trials. Then whatever the SP is the day before issue - 10% is the lowest you can ever expect shares to be sold in future as any less and the new potentially largest share holder would lose money and they are not here to lose.

For sure there are some competing interests we want the SP to be as high as possible before any loan is drawn down, Mint want the SP as low as possible before the loan is drawn down but there is no need to fear the loan itself, whatever the conversion price on issue date becomes a very firm bottom. Vlad has laid out what he wants the money for and its hard to imagine that the steps ahead wont reach the main stream media and drive alot of attention and investment towards Hemogenyx.

Always remember Vlad and Mrs Vlad are the 2 biggest share holders here, they are very excited about this loan, they are going to get rich off their shares not off a salary. Vlad holds the keys to the loan, he will not take a loan that does damage to his holding, if he thinks the SP is too low he will release details on the covid cure or just not take the loan, he may be useless at doing videos but he is not an idiot :-)
