No need for a delay rns, development agreement is probably finished, Eli Lilly have months to now licence, but it PROBABLY will come within the next few weeks. I would put money on it no rns tomorrow. But RNS within first 2 weeks of 2021,ie next week or the week after.

I invest in people, there are dodgy directors and Ii's out there and if they are attached you drop and roll and run as fast as humanly possible. Then there are people who when you see them and see previous history and results you latch on like a pilot fish to a shark. You can also ring about, ask questions, be nosey and get a feel for a company. I also know some of the people who also subscribed and they just print money they seem to be on the inside with everyone, I trust these people because they are successful time and time again.
This company is a cash shell, it is nothing but cash and people, you look into the people and either back them, or don't. Simples.

As for the 14p moves, yea first was a pure unicorn chasing covid-19 pump and dump crew, orchestrated, lots of free float available and damage was done. Then we have had the Q&A debacle, the scheduled video release, the first deadline for Eli before anyone knew about the licencing agreement period. This time around:
No one is expecting an RNS on the 31st or even within the first week of the new year
There is no pump and dump crew to be seen
The expectation is that there will be a deal within the next month
Within the next 2 months Hemo will have begun filing IND applications

Basically no anti-climax point, we touched the apex before just when the deal was expected because everyone was fixated on a pre defined date, then previously delay and it went down to where it started. This time around it should be much less spiky and volatile and hopefully without the assistance of day traders only out for their quick 10-20%. We dont know when the RNS is going to land, it wont be broadcast, it will just happen.

@Pumpkin just to confirm, you sold here to buy into hemo. You have now sold hemo and bought back in here , the tiny volume means that was enough to shift the sp. Am I correct?
And @Sammybow, if you read over the recent RNSs it lays it out in black and white:
They had a plan
Because of market conditions/covid etc that plan has failed, they are now looking elsewhere for a target.
However they have burnt though alot of capital despite the directors saying they would not take a wage.

Its fair to say right now there is no plan or lined up acquisition and because of the cash situation unless they do a fund raise they are looking at a RTO where Mustang bring nothing to the table and the Target acquisition will dictate the equity stake for any merger which means after suspension the SP is likely to be severely diluted for existing MUST shareholders to the advantage of the target which will be the majority share holder with a greatly discounted strike price.

Its ALL about the wait Boom :-)
No hints, no RNS updates, no shareholder votes.
Silence...... Then suspension..... Then its like opening your Christmas present to see if you like what you got lol!
For what its worth I did my DD on this and confident it wont be a huge wait and that wait will be worth it :-)

Pineapple is an shell company listed on the standard market of the London Stock Exchange and with that the ability to grow and raise funds etc. They also have a cash pot of >1mil sitting available to a RTO target.

The value that Pineapple add is a limited company in the vanadium field can do a RTO with Pineapple and become a publicly listed company without jumping though alot of hoops and regulations. The benefits to the private company are massive, the benefits to us share holders is massive, you will own shares in the merged company.

Remember this is NOT about investing in a company that you can already buy shares in on the stock market. This shell exists to get a company that you as a private investor CANNOT invest in as it stands onto the stock market. As such that company, whatever it is will be at entry price, without the recent hype and inflation. Basically timing could not be better!

The sp was beaten down by shorters and traders as of late so we are still far below a FAIR sp, true FOMO would have the SP in the 15-20p range pre-news.

There was a 2 trade went though at 9.5 (not a PI) and a 1 trade that in fairness probably was a PI.
Please Vlad do not drop an RNS today or tomorrow which would be exactly his style.... IF its ready keep it for Monday....

It has been a slow and steady tick up all day but not too much, I guess the market has called it pretty well, no licencing deal until after the development agreement period. That period ends tomorrow then there are max 3 months for Eli to licence from Hemo, majority opinion seems to be early to mid Jan which explains FOMO starting now. I am very disappointed it was not the 2nd week of December, would have made for a very special Christmas :P

Remember the markets are closed Friday and half day tomorrow so there is literally one trading day(inc 1/2 day today) before January 2021, then its gloves off for a deal with Eli, updates on SAFE-HEMO-CAR-T/CBR/Orgs/Mice etc. The GM is on Tuesday so expect alot of excitement around that with the unlocking of the loan and god knows what other news. Vlad has his champagne ready :-)

Very greatly doubt it, next to no shares bought below 3.5, vast majority bought at or above 4p. The only reason it was dropped was because PEEL have added the share and to be honest they probably just picked up a huge chunk of shares at 3p and they are happy to sell at 3.975. By the looks of it 5*NMS or 150k share happy to offload at that price. They didnt change the bid they only tanked the Ask to undercut the other MMs.

Not saying it has not been and wont continue to be pumped on Twitter, hell I am happy to pump this on on twitter to get up visibility at the start, but there is a difference between promoting a cash shell like this which should be close to a lucrative RTO very soon and pumping a dead stock. PNPL has been on the market what? 2 days? Getting it on peoples radar and added to brokers so people can actually buy is hardly pumping.

As for your prediction of 3.5, where did you pull that from?
If PNPL RTO with the target they are after they will easily be in double figures, if they swing and miss and have to spend 6 months looking for another target it will drop below the IPO price. I expect once PEEL have sold a good chunk of their stock we will start to tick up slowly for the next month or so until the share is suspended for RTO.

Will be a waiting game now with likely no RNS or trading updates until the suspension, given what green sector companies have done recently the chance to get in on ground floor is far to lucrative so I expect interest to be high and the price to tick up. Perhaps there were some traders in yesterday happy to take 5-10% but really the volume was tiny, I really dont see people trading this too much, its a buy and hold and wait for RTO. Investors who took the time to subscribe pre listing wont be settling for 10%

Anyway I plan to stick the paper cert in the filing cabinet and avoid watching this share at all until I get a notification, I am here for the RTO and will decide what to do AFTER that, good luck holders and have a Happy New Year!

I honestly can never get CJ? Like yes, Hemo went with LakePharma years ago, and yes they have worked with and have existing agreements with ORGS, and yes there will be revenues coming from ORGS..... But same question I posed to Pumpkin... So what?
Hemo also have solo developed CDX for ALL, worked with Eli Lilly on CDX for AML and Lupus, worked with Penn for HEMO-CAR-T, have ongoing negotiations with the Belgium government over Hu-PHEC, according to Paul have been in discussions with the US DoD with regards to a cure for Covid-19 and have a CBR platform that can target Covid-19 or other viral infections or cancer....

So let me get this right, post consolation with the acquisition complete the SP is expected to DROP to 12p per share after 20:1 consolation which means it should have been 15p? Ok good start..... then we have the EIA Report which has to be submitted for a 30 day public consultation period and a 30 day technical review period.
Once any identi?ed matters, if any, are resolved, the CCD can approve the EIA which is required to approve the First IML Application which is required for the DEL License...

IMO day this is re-admitted to trading SOME people will be lucky enough to be able to trade and will dump and come back in 6mths to a year when they will probably buy in as part of a placing. But lets face it MOST brokers will take time to apply the changes to your accounts and wont be able to trade this stock when it does reopen until the SP has crashed and the traders become "Commited long term holders" who will sign praises of the company until they reach break even price at which point they sell and crash any raise that does happen.

Where has the cash gone? A Cash Shell needs cash to do a RTO....
IF they ever actually find a target to invest in or RTO its going to be tiny and IF Must have anything left they are going to spend most of it on the actual administration which means IF this company ever thinks of becoming more than a SPAC they need to fund raise and given the MCap of < 1m today, they would have to give away what? More than HALF the company to raise 500k? thats provided the SP does not tank further before then.

You have >2weeks to wait for PAL, IF it starts trading on the 13th... IF.... what if it crashes... What if everyone here decides to start posting there on PAL on the 11th or 12th, not saying it wont do well long term, but certainly it will take many months before it can get licences and we all know what delays do to a share price...........

@m3ggiesdad pretty much every single company listed on the stock exchange will have someone that will speak to private investors. Most RNS's will have points of contact for you to contact if you so wish, they wont disclose any inside information but certainly comments like "Things are progressing well" or "on target as per the last RNS" or "The extension of 31st was agreed with Eli Lilly and they are confident they can meet this date" are not considered insider information.

If CDX had failed, if Eli had walked away then this would be insider information and would have been RNS'ed.

Basically you have to ask, and keep asking yourself... Why is CJSterling dedicating so much of his time posting here?

Hi DCB, the loan was applied for a long time ago and certainly before Eli labs re-opened and in a "worst case" scenario, IE how much funding would be required to take everything to Phase 1/2a clinical trials. The wording in the circular is IF, Eli could have licenced the work 2 years ago with Hemo before any pre-clinical work was done if they wanted, plenty of small pharma get bought out at a much earlier stage than this.
In terms of that £5mil, that refers to: IND-enabling pre-clinical studies, that is In Vivo and In Vitro testing, that is what Eli and Hemogenyx have been doing for the past 2-3 years plus further stages of profiling the drug’s effect on DNA, critical organ systems , safety pharmacology, and toxicity (tests on rodent and nonrodent).

Basically if Hemogenyx go it alone and dont licence to Eli and Eli dont inlicence the work done with them to Hemogenyx then Vlad has to go and re-do all the testing then draw up and get approval for the clinical trials etc alone.
He would have to start from the base antibodies that he licenced years ago from the university and use none of the materials produced while working with Eli which very well could take 5mil.

If Eli Lilly licence CDX the IND enabling studies are largely done, they will have to, if not already done, test for toxicity on non mice, IE monkeys, they may have to submit to a third party lab for sign off on safety but really you have to expect that a company as big as Eli have the capability to inhouse all of this. Much of that £5m has already been spent over the years at the expense of Eli Lilly, which makes walking away even less likely, but also explains why they will want the best deal possible for them as they have footed the bill to this point.

Fundamentally though you have to look at the Loan as Vlad saying : Eli, either you licence from us, or you licence to us and take a cut OR with this loan we have enough to start from scratch and bring CDX to clinical trials alone. Its not a case that Hemogenyx need the Loan to enable them to licence to Eli lilly, 100% not the case. Had Covid not shut the labs and Eli not forced to mothball work with CDX back in March, late April they would have selected the antibody and the licencing period would have finished by the summer.
