Must be getting close to the point where there are not alot of shares left in the hands of people stupid enough to listen to opinions on this board rather than use their own judgement. I speak to lots of LTHers on a daily basis and the number of shares in their hands is crazy. I thought I had alot for a PI but nope, many of them will be millionaires in the low teen sp.
None of them give a toss what the like of pumpkin say, none are planning to dump on Eli deal, some may slice yes but most are holding for the next 12 months as clinical trials get underway.
Which is why the low sp surprises me, there is tiny volumes of trade, no big selling, its like the day traders are just trading among themselves and paying the mms with every turn.

As for new derampers turning up on a Saturday morning on a share they are not invested in?? Why on earth would they happen to stop on Hemogenyx just out of the blue????

Well those that have not yet been removed anyway, many of them contained enough vulgarity and lies that they get removed.

Please understand that NONE of us want to post anything to do with DELT. I am sure it is a good company and in a year or so may even bag, even though it will probably drift down for the next few months. Suzi is just upset that she walked away from HEMO and is now at a loss here and knows she will miss the Eli Lilly contract. Suzi stops posting on HEMO, you will never see me on this board again.

I was a bit wary about the low SP too until recently when I saw what Greenwich Lifesciences Inc did on news. Now I am just content, what will be will be :-)

I don't short shares myself and I haven't checked this OUT. However, I am given to believe that Spreadex provides this facility for Hemo, which could well be useful for those looking to hedge their position.

Would turn on delt and short it in a heartbeat for a quick buck.

Either way, there is no vote until January, then your talking Feb or March before the prospectus gets drawn up and accepted before they can draw down a penny. If the SP is still single figures or <20p come middle or end of January and anyone does not trust Mint or thinks they will take a loss and sell anyway then sell. Its not like anything is going to happen any time soon. In the mean time I am happy to wait for Eli to sign, if people have doubts go invest in DELT or DKE :-D

Its my understanding that IF any CLNs are issued they are issued in terms of #of shares, IE tranche one £12m and on the settlement date if the SP is say 20p then the CLNs equivalent to 60mil shares would be issued to Mint. Should a takeover subsequently happen then all shares, including these CLNs and I think options? are considered as part of the total stock issued. Thats my understanding anyway, if they are holding for take over they never have to convert or sell.

1, No I dont believe Mint will wait 36months for payback, as has always been comunicated the plan/intent was a takeover in 2021, this has come though people who used to be on very good terms with the BoD, maybe this has been pushed back I dont know but I believe Mint will be hoping for a take over within 12 -18 months realising a MASSIVE profit for them, a windfall most of us could never imagine.
2, When I say "to allow the deal to be signed" by that I mean, I am on the fence if the meeting will go ahead. The negotiations with Mint for sure started months ago when Eli Labs were closed, now the meeting gets pushed back to after the end of the development agreement? I dont know what liability there is, if there will be a penalty payment or not, but for me its 50:50 that the loan ever gets drawn down, and if it does how much.
3, After Eli deal gets signed if the SP is 30p+ the number of CLNs is tiny in comparison to the shares in issue and who cares if they did decide to convert after that?

So you liquidated your position (Except for apparently 100 shares) and yet like a bad smell you hang around.
Since this the vote on allowing the loan to be drawn down has been moved to the new year to allow the Eli Lilly contract to be signed AND they have stated that Mint have no intention of actually converting or selling any notes.

Apart from all that you STILL dont seem to grasp the concept of shorting Vs Forward Selling.
Technically this is like a placing, they COULD go ahead and forward sell if they were guaranteed the notes at a given price which would be the SP -10% discount. You then have a company with millions of shares trying to make a profit which means selling whilst keeping the SP above the SP-10%?

Are you really this thick? OR was your intention to jump on the CLN de-ramp wagon, try and scare people into selling, hope the SP would tank and then when you realised it was not happening you decided to invest in Deltic because you heard they got the licences and had read about the takeover offer and now are sitting looking at a loss and you are bitter and angry that your great plans fell apart?

Watch and make up your own minds, I thought it was very professional and well put together. Shows that CDX works and makes a HUGE difference to lifespan in mice and completely does away with the need for chemo or radio therapy.
When you see other drugs costing millions to develop that give only 6 months extra to live being hailed as a breakthrough you have to wonder what people will say when this becomes the default treatment.
Also breaks down that there are several distinct antibodies in development and how they have tested them which helps explain what the work with Eli Lilly has been covering, importantly the timelines provided indicate that work with Eli is likely finished by now and they may well be in discussions over licencing very soon....

If this is the calibre of media released by Hemogenyx in future I will be very happy indeed :-)

Love it when they put in lines like this:

Basically they are saying, stick with us for a few years, if we hit oil you will be rewarded! I wonder how many of the investment base here are willing to wait a few years and put up with dilution in the mean time.

I post here solely because A, I believe the SP will trade sideways or downwards for the next 10mths+ and one of your more vocal posters Suzi8 is insistent on constantly spamming the HEMO board, a share where she is not invested but has bitter resentment that it is rising while she is stuck here.

From this post forth for every post you post on Hemo, I dont care if its de-ramping, happy birthday wishes, to tell us you have bought 1mil shares in hemo because you now believe. I am sick of you. Every post you post on the Hemo LSE board I will spend a little time and post on DELT and let me assure you it will be thought out, considered and based in reference-able sources. Your already at a loss at DELT, do you want to stick to ramping over there or do you want to have to start defending your investment?

I would not be too worried Digittt, I dont think anyone would argue that a deal with Eli is "Priced in" with an mcap of what 38m price currently represents a small pharma years away from licencing deals not days or weeks. So worst case scenario and Hemo has to go it alone with everything and not licence anything until AFTER Phase 1/2a trials is trading sideways until we begin clinical trials. At which point because the potential profit is so much higher SP would still rocket.
If Eli sign we just rocket much much sooner as we know then the product will be in clinical trials much sooner and alot more certainty about the incoming revenue. Dont forget about everything else though:

Mention of ramping up and selling mice in recent publications - We could see a deal in principal just for supply of mice
SAFE-HEMO-CAR-T - Added to Penn or licenced with another partner.
HEMO-CAR-T - Licenced beyond the development agreement
Hu-PHEC - VERY quiet....
CBR - Can see in vivo and in vitro results + Patent application any day
List goes on..............................................

Bottom line is ALOT would have to go wrong for us to see a downward trend at this point. Where as we only need one positive RNS to light the fuse.

Just to fill out previous response a little, No 12Million is not alot, its just enough to start clinical trials for a couple of Hemogenyx products, if you look at the recent circular here:

There is a breakdown of the costs:
"The First Tranche (of principal amount of £12 million) alone provides sufficient capital for at least one

candidate, a CDX bi-specific antibody, to open an IND in order to be able to start clinical trials. "

THAT SAID...
They have pushed back the meeting until AFTER the end of the year which is a cutoff for the Eli Lilly development date, so either they expect Eli Lilly to sign before the GM or some other big news is coming. In which case the SP will be significantly higher and IF they need the loan, which is not guaranteed, the number of shares issued will be drastically reduced. IE if SP is 25p that equates to 48mil shares for the first 12Mil tranche.
That said lets see what December brings, I am a little dubious that a loan will be needed atall, I have a feeling it was just to strong arm Eli into offering a bigger package.
