If Pumpers or LTH'ers were selling down their position or looking to reduce exposure they would not have sold several blocks of 100+k hidden from the recent trades then pumped in lots of 50k sells to force down the SP. They would want to avoid crashing the SP.

The aim this morning was to capitalise on a quiet period, low volume to crash the SP, you only do that if you want to either rebuy lower OR you have taken out a short.

Given the chatter elsewhere it looks like the former. Hats off to them, it seems to have worked, looking at the earlier trade SPs, even allowing for dealing charges etc they will have made a profit if they have re bought back to the exact same number of shares. Not something I would consider doing myself but I have to give credit where credit is due, well played this time, it worked and they are probably very pleased with themselves.

Happened this morning before they dropped the SP LOTS of small orders at 8.18 then they crashed the SP to that, they have just done the same with 8.7. Expect to see the SP move now very fast to a spread of approx 8.5-9p

lol some people having a meltdown on other forums, really not worth time or effort looking, but I still keep an eye every now and then.. Bottom line looks like its 2 of our favourite de-rampers been dumping or shorting to force down the SP, anything for a quick buck with them, looks like they were secretly holding after all, probably both buy back in later.

Good spot ProcessGuy! I am guessing its whoever did the sells of the 100ks/120ks. They sold bigger blocks as a limit order got better price, then drop 6 blocks of 50k to force down the SP and will probably end up buying back alot more shares for the same cash having scared out a few PI's.
The market was looking really weak, volume was tiny, then this? Someone either just taking advantage of an oppertunity or someone knows news is coming

No, Vlad didnt even take thanks giving off (He tweeted he was working), I find it very unlikely that he will take much time off, but hopefully he does as first Christmas with a baby is very special.
The development agreement requires testing with mice and unless its completely finished and wrapped up they cannot just down tools and say see you in 2 weeks little mice, help yourself to the cheese in the fridge :-) Also in the US holidays are alot fewer than here in the uk, Christmas day + new years...
If news is ready to be released I suspect it will be regardless of time of year.

Coming to the end of the USA tax year (31st December compared to April in the UK), if there is a deal with Eli Lilly or any other financial deals they will want to complete it soon before they fall into 2021 if they have a surplus for 2020, or perhaps they will want it to be 2021. We really do not know what is going on behind closed doors. Next 2 weeks could be dead as a door nail or mind blowing. Probably best to set alert for RNS on your phone and switch off, the city traders will all be looking to switch off for the Christmas so will be sitting on cash not shares for the holidays.

If this were a blue chip company I would say nothing going to happen until 2021, but its Hemo god knows :P

Inclined to agree, if no news tomorrow unlikely to hear anything until early January. More than happy to be surprised, if not just got to switch off and enjoy the holidays

Not sure why people would be losing confidence now? The development agreement ends 31st December then technically they have 3 months to licence, I think there is an excellent chance of news coming EARLY, IE before new years. But let's put it in context, that's early. January or February is not late its on time and as scheduled, but imo it will be early.

By the end of the year or in January, either way its close enough that if people want in BEFORE the rns they should be buying in now.

Imo the movement of the GE was to allow Eli to sign first and potentially just bin the loan altogether so for me more likely than not we see a licence before the end of the year. Had they not moved the GE my money was on January, cant fathom moving the GE otherwise..

Last CDX update:
"The Company's CEO, Dr Vladislav Sandler, commented, "We are pleased with the work that has been done so far on our CDX antibody product candidate with our GlobalCo partner, and look forward to our continued collaboration and completion of this significant work. This additional extension of the collaboration will allow us to choose the best CDX antibody for pre-clinical and clinical development."
No mention of testing to see if it works or still unsure if they have a product Eli want to licence, they started testing the multiple antibodies to select the best one. They set a deadline of 31st December to complete this work, if having started the work they thought it would take longer they would have extended longer. No guarantee that they wont enter into a licencing period after the development period ends but I would be surprised if they dont either announce a deal or at a minimum announce completion of the development agreement and commencement of formal licencing agreement discussions.
To spend all this time, these years working together, to prove CDX works, to then announce your name and to extend a development agreement to 31st December 2020 in a year when they have a war chest for 4 1-5bn size acquisitions or licencing deals?

Whilst no deal is technically possible its very unlikely....

IMO the GM was moved as it was suspected they may not need the loan at all and were hopeful to sign off Eli deal by end of year. The vote does not negate the need for Prospectus and the SP on the day of the vote is fairly meaningless so to move it for any other reason than to just drop it completely seems strange, thats just my take on the delay of the GM, but could be wrong.
Regarding the 31st Dec its specifically the end of the Development agreement, Vlad has said before that then Eli have 3 months to licence the antibody from Hemo, then Hemo have a further 3 months to in licence from Eli any advancements. I personally cannot think of a reason why they would not have been busy working on the licencing agreement all this time pending selection of the antibody, seems like you would want to make sure both parties can come to an amicable agreement before investing years of co-operation in research...
So I think Licencing agreement before X-mas and in particular this week, but it does not have to be, for me much more likely this week, but technically they have months.

It for sure is not 100% guaranteed to be before 31st December, day traders or short term traders just buying expecting a RNS with licence to drop on 31st December should sell up and move on, because the one day I definitely DONT expect an RNS is 31st December, no way Vlad would signpost it. Hemogenyx is a share for people who believe in the company, the science and in Vlad, its pharma so be prepared to wait months and be over joyed if news lands sooner than expected.

You dont have to publish an RNS for holding until you have finished buying, if it takes you 3-4 days to buy you can wait until the end to announce with one RNS. Sorry but anyone who believes this is not fluff to fluff up the SP are very naive, the directors in REAT are pumping up the SP for your benefit :P
There will be a reason and it will not be good news for share holders in the short term.

ANYWAY unless Pumpkin starts spouting off over in Hemo this shall be my last post in here for the day. If she keeps posting there I will just share my thoughts regarding the timing of the RNS on twitter, I am not alone in finding it suspicious.

Notice what I said, the small buys means between them the entire lot of buying cost ~30k... whoopie :P

Now consider the impact of a higher SP before dilution? 30% higher SP means alot less shares to be issued, they can raise more and they lose out less through dilution. You need to think longer scale and bigger picture. If I was a director I for sure would do whatever it took to maximise SP before any dilution takes place, not saying its a bad move, it is exactly what they should do.

They are intentionally pushing up the SP with the 3 RNS one day spacing, relatively small amounts of buys for directors and options that mean nothing at current SP, so EITHER dilutive funding or they are trying to push to 2p and hold for 10 consecutive days to allow them to vest 20% of the options at an exercise price of 25p. I guess if your planning to sell before 2p it does not really matter, all that matters is not being the one holding the baby.

I see REAT have decided to do another small directors buy RNS again.... So whats that 3 SP boosting RNSs in 4 days? The 2 directors buy RNS could have been/should have been one if they were not finished buying... Plus over inflated price in options issued which is not really fair for employees. Feels like a concerted effort to inflate the SP , so far costing them only what LESS than 30k GBP with a net increase resulting of 1p->1.35p in SP.....

Makes me wonder, but I see some sort of dilutive funding coming hence the wish to raise SP before it happens. May be right, may be wrong, we will see within 2 weeks.

OK let's change the terminology from free float to likely float, Bob has some software that breaks down exactly who holds most of the stock, there is alot more in the hands of ii's than most of us think. And whilst the shares of Chad, Bob, myself etc is all technically part of the free float none of us plan to sell more than a small slice if the sp does spectacularly well.
