Deadline for Eli Lilly development agreement is end of the month, confirmed the lab was open and choosing a single anti-body to licence, derampers can try and misconstrue that whatever way they want but its difficult to see how choosing an antibody can equal no licence, but go figure! Clearly Suzi is a very special badger, able to turn 20,000 shares into £450k pure profit and Pumpkin may have been given a clarity of thought with all that late night cleaning the isles of B&M with industrial strength floor cleaner!

I can understand people being wary of the BS incase there is a shred of truth to it, IE the dilution. Nobody, including myself, wants to see an extra 100mil shares dumped into the market. All I can say is I have a lot of shares (for me, everyone's idea of alot will depend on their circumstances) and am very deeply invested in this company, I am also heavily in profit and could sell all and move on if I had even the slightest shred of doubt.

As a share holder you are entitled to make enquiries and provided not insider information, get answers before or while invested. One key thing that I have asked, and others can too, is for the prospectus, there is none, there is none almost ready, there wont be one probably for months. This loan gives Vlad financial independence and confidence but there is no way it will be drawn down before February or march, it takes a long time to draw up and get approved.

So people can decide, ok ill wait until march to invest after any loan is drawn down? Then your assuming that any CLNs that Mint get they will convert to shares and dump on the market? They are getting 10% discount, they lose money dumping for less than 10% discount. Will SP still be < 9p come March??? I also strongly believe because take over is likely within 12-24 months they will just hold all for a big pay day they will never sell the shares.

The counter to what the de-rampers say is Eli WILL sign the licence this month, we will see Hemo getting millions in cash, we will see the CBR platform proof of working in a lab against Covid 19. The SP will be 20-30+p well before the prospectus is issued and in the end Mint will lend the 12Mil but because of the SP it will be for a very acceptable equity share with a significantly higher SP than any of us have ever paid. With the extra 12mil in the coffers the MCap will rise but they hold the shares and the free float gets no bigger, which again just pushes up SP.

With 12M from Mint + xMil from Eli, Vlad pushes ahead with clinical trials and we start to see human patients getting enrolled in trials to cure AML, ALLm Covid-19, Lupus etc etc.... Once the first patient has been injected expect to see this in the news.

There is just too much positive news due in a very short space of time to give any credence to what these idiots post time and time again. That said, happy to keep sp low for one more day, I can top up again wednesday afternoon after I get paid :-)

Who me? Laughable because I just dont see a whole lot happening here? By all means if come xmas this company has done anything significant come and find me on here or twitter and I will hold my hands up and say I was wrong. Now I am not saying the SP wont shoot up or even bag just on hype and rumours or pumping, with a very low MCap that is possible. However people are getting all excited over this line:
"we are still in ongoing discussions with various third parties, and we hope to be able to update further with a new deal in the near future."
Whenever people use the word disucssions that implies that they cannot use the word negotiations.
When they use the word hope they cannot use the word expect.
Then the term "Varous third parties..." Come on, that is a big step down from the original plans of retirement villages or shared carehome and teaching facilities.

EVEN the last update has this as details for the ongoing discussions:
"At this stage, our talks with universities have centered around adding classroom space, especially with those who specialise in the medical sector."
So leasing short term port-a-cabin's to universities and colleages.... Yes this may generate revenue but its not complicated, DKE cannot charge millions for the planning and administration. The big potential here was originally the blue sky concepts of care home villages and integrated teaching, there is ZERO indication that is going ahead, so while everything else may land contracts that does generate income it cannot be that much above market averages or the customers will go elsewhere. With that most of the costs go to pysical expenses, wages, bonuses, overheads, that leaves nothing for any dividends or bigger plans which is what drives long term Share Price.

Thats not to say the plans are dead and it wont come back when Covid is under control, but seriously people need to be realistic about just what "new deal in the near future." is likely to look like. Adding port-a-kabins, or retrofitting a care home to bring it up to a higher standard and you can rip them off as much as you want but there are limits.
