People keep ignoring this simple point.
Mint will get a 10% discount IF they forward sell or even sell on conversion they cannot possibly sell millions of shares without tanking the SP and making a loss.

Its just not possible in this scenario to short and benifit from tanking the SP. Mint WANT the SP to rise so they make profits, all this other noise is exactly that noise to hide the rest of the RNS such as the new Covid platform or IND studies.

SELLING 12Million pounds of shares in Hemogenyx would TANK THE SP. Mint WOULD LOSE MILLIONS IF THEY DID THIS. Therefore THEY WONT.

Your not suggesting they are going to start selling BEFORE they have the draw down signed? Thats called short selling and comes with huge risk and damages Hemogenyx the company they are about to invest in....
People really dont get it here..

The contract is pretty clear, they have to hold the shares and even if they didnt forward selling would not be worth the time or effort.

The only reason Mint are bothering to offer 60mil in finance is because Vlad has convinced them the SP is about to multi bag. They are not handing 60mil over to hopefully rake in the odd 10%

Are people seriously thinking a big finance company is going to waste their time trying to quickly forward sell 12mil of shares in hemogenyx? If they did that the SP would be down to 2-3p and they would lose millions, they still have to pay the SP -10%.

Think people, last time someone sold 5mil shares in hemo back at the start of the year it crashed the SP.

Even assuming the share holders vote yes tomorrow, the prospectus is issued tomorrow also and the first trance is drawn this week (prospectus is some way off) and assuming they DID want to just sell as they went. We are talking forward selling and not shorting. They just are not getting a big enough discount to do any serious forward selling here. 10% discount.... Any price below that and they are losing out. If the discount was a fixed 20-30% I would agree, but 10% is not enough profit, especially when you consider as soon as they start selling the SP would drop significantly.

Pawnking the first tranche is 12m, apart from the fact it has to be approved and there needs to be a prospectus which will probably take a month there is still another condition that the conversion must not take it over 30% equity. Simply put the SP is too low, 12m at SP with 10% discount is more than 30%.

Absolutely no justified reason for the drop, few people trying to short again hence the frenzied early morning fear posts, then the even more frantic posts after Vlad posts a video.
They only win by hiding the truth and facts, by posting so much spam it hides real information as people just walk away.
I am going to ignore the fact that Mint cant short the stock anyway because of the contract and just point out the simple facts that the shorters hate:
1, The 30% limit means Vlad cannot draw tranche 1 right now SP needs to rise, so if you buy a share now it WILL be cheaper than Mint finally pays.
2, IF Mint did want to forward sell shares the agreed price will only be 10% discount on the agreed date, assuming they did this with all tranches AND assuming the spread was 0% and them selling millions of shares did not drop the SP.... They could walk away with a staggering.... 10% profit.... That ofcourse is assuming SP does not drop while they are selling....

Its just idiotic :P Mint are happy to offer 60mil in funding, THEY EXPECT THE SP TO RISE even with any future dilution, they NEED the SP to rise and ideally be bought over. They are not a charity, they want to make a killing here like we all do.

Lol, the stench of desperation off the de-rampers is strong, so pathetic and with clear agenda. Idiots who have not actually read the RNS and have no understanding of how it works. As has been called out many many times:
1, The loan cannot even be drawn down at this SP as of time of writing 8.65p is too low to draw down the loan so any idea that Mint would be shorting when they will never get the shares at this price is just idiotic. The SP MUST rise for Mint to get a single share, therefore anyone buying now cannot lose out based on the loan based on point 2:
2, Mint Cannot short this share and EVEN if they could its not shorting its forward selling and it would only benifit them if they could sell for MORE than their purchace price (Which MUST be higher than it is right now due to the 30% cap on equity) So SP HAS to be higher, then they can only make profit in that 10% discount band unless the SP rises significantly AFTER they get the shares....

Basically any fear mongering that this loan will destroy the SP is pure and utter BS, the only thing harming the SP is this fear mongering and panic sharing because people are listening to idiots who want to short the share or get in cheaper. All they are doing is making it harder for Hemogenyx to get the funding they require at a fair SP. If SP was 5-30p right now (which it should be) any dilution would be minimal.

Tilly, I have engaged, rather wasted my time engaging with a few people over this selling, here, twitter and on advfn and have the gist of why some are selling so here is my 2 cents:

1, Some of the big sells are buys, I know atleast one person who has added 100's of thousands of shares today, it is very frustrating, he always gets below mid prices, very good relationship with his brokers. I am extremely jealous!

2, Shorting - I know atleast 2 who have posted in time with later shorts being closed who used the confusion around the oan to spread fear and tried to cause a sell off. Didnt work, I have seen atleast 3 short positions now closed when SP was above the trade price so they have lost out :-)

3, Misunderstanding the loan - I accept it, the loan is confusing, many people are afraid of Mint shorting 100s of millions of shares and knocking 90% off the value of their holdings. Not going over it again, but no this is false. Thats not how this loan is set up. A, the loan may not be drawn down, B if it is drawn down it is very much in Mints best interest for the SP to go UP not DOWN.

4, Misunderstanding the Loan in relation to CDX and Lilly. Some people cannot accept that Vlad would go for a loan when Eli are going to sign a deal in coming weeks for CDX and therefore are jumping to the conclusion that the licence wont be signed. In terms of a stretch this really is one.
A, Eli have given no indication they wont sign
B, The licencing agreement is unlikely to be anywhere near 60Mil - Vlad wants to do ALOT this coming year
C, Before Hemo were completely dependant on Eli to offer any amount and could not accept as they needed cash. Some people just do not understand leverage.

Whatever way you cut it, none of the reasons for selling or for SP being red has ANYTHING to do with the company, its all based on peoples opinion and emotions. I have done enough reading and research to know that Hemo is a safe bet for me, others may think different, I dont really care, its my money and I am happy to invest. If the sellers want to keep it up until next Wednesday please do I will have another 10k to invest and more than happy to put it here :-)

Its hemogenyx the next RNS could be anything, for me I expect a patent application or in vitro results for this new cbr platform in December and Eli Lilly license agreement before Christmas, but like I say, it's hemo, expect the unexpected

I just get easily triggered by stupid, and this absolute rubbish about Mint shorting Hemo will definitely trigger me.....

@Suzi just one final point you do understand the difference between SHORTING and FORWARD SELLING right?
If Mint get a guaranteed price of say 8.5p they want to sell for as HIGH a price as possible, they are always going to have to pay/settle the loan at the 8.5p price.. if they short the share down to say 4.25p they have just lost 6million quid... you do get that fundamental difference? Shorting is selling shares you dont have and trying to force the price down so you can buy other shares to zero out your account and pocket the difference.

Mint stand to make a whopping 10% by forward selling... thats it, 10%.... They are not offering 60M at the hopes of each tranche forward selling to collect a grand total of 6mil in profit (alot less if they actually tried it as it would drive down the SP)....

Seriously If Mint wanted to make 10% on that much cash there are bonds they can access that pay better.............................................................................

MMs are there to provide market liquidity. Simple as that, make a profit while doing so but they have to provide liquidity and to do that the must have stock. Simple psychologist, they drop the price people sell. They raise the price people buy, its FOMO, why is the price falling? Someone must know something I dont, lets play it safe and sell.

Time and time again it works, PI's will sell and replenish the MMs, they much prefer to drop the SP to refill as that adds to their profits, rising the price to stock up is a last resort.

No I know who and I know why. Don't trust what its recorded as their broker is absolutely fantastic, time and time again he gets at or below the mid price.... My broker is useless, I am 100% changing in the near future.

Pawn, the first tranche probably wont be immediately, it is dependant on an approved prospectus which could take a while. Longer it takes the more the SP has a chance to rise, given that the impact of the CBN platform is only now starting to sink in with most I expect a significant rise in the near future. As you have pointed out the higher the SP the less the dilution and the better the loan becomes for us.
That is if the loan is ever drawn down at all... There are many who believe this was a power play with teeth to force a much better deal out of Eli.
Either way, this loan or Eli Lilly funding for ongoing development is secured, the next steps they have laid out for the cash are all going to boost the SP significantly.

Excited to get details on this new novel CBR platform. Vaccines are looking to be at risk of being rendered useless with 2 new Covid-19 mutations, antibodies proving not to be as effective as hoped, expensive and not the silver bullet as hoped.
Have seen that many of the existing tests will detect the mutated Covid-19 so testing stocks should continue to do well.
Lot of open questions here, will this treatment work against all known strains of covid? How effective is it? How expensive, how easy to manufacture?
Far too early to get carried away but the potential here is massive. Its a shame this was buried so far down the funding rns.
Anyway nothing has changed, covid play was always a bonus to car-t and cdx. Before looked like an antibody, now??? A potential new treatment with no competition?? If vlad pulls it off...

Swimming maybe jumping to conclusions yep, but did you see purple on here before moving onto that other site? He was on full meltdown mode trying to save everyone trying to convince people to sell. I don't get why someone who is not invested would waste so much time posting on a share they are not financially vested in. I have posted a few times on reat to wind up pumpkin but nothing serious. Also with purple the timing of posts corrilated with when the short was opened and closed. In the past he has admitted to shorting hemo also, as for which platform, no idea, but people with alot more experience than me who I trust have told me it was a short. I believe them, pretty sure people were able to forward sell the placing shares so the capability is there, I just don't know where.

It was not just the shorters shorting, I am 95% sure one of the shorters was purple who got banned from here that day and then completely lost it on the other board. Spamming about dilution and death spiral finance and sp going to crash. You could tell on the forums it was working and people listened and some probably did panic sell.
For me it worked to my advantage, I managed to pick up alot more shares than I otherwise would have. Another share I was in got a stellar rns just before hemo so I was very relieved I got in so cheap.

End of the day that RNS was fantastic, when it sinks in sp will move north. Regards the agro on this board, dont waste your time on it. Quality of Hemogenyx will do all the talking, it's an investment not a face book group.
