Back with more shares than I had before my tamper tantrum lol ;-) it paid off, and with MCRO delivering +30% today I was happy to pay over the odds today.

Been saying for months this company needs cash for IND, thought it would be a placing in 2021 or cash from Eli Lilly.
This loan is better than a placing.
Is it better than cash from Eli Lilly? IMO Yes, there is no waiting, no strings attached and negotiations with Eli can begin from a position of strength. Hemogenyx are not dependant on Eli Lilly any more, they dont need up front cash, they are in no rush to sign a sub optimal licencing agreement. Eli have said time and again they are happy with progress and just trying to decide WHICH antibody to licence, but if they are not willing to pay a fair price? Hemo dont have to accept what they are offered out of desperation any more :-)

I had to pay 9.7p ea to buy 325k shares, I dont expect the SP to bag today as the market is really not getting the significance, thats ok, it gave me time to sell elsewhere and buy £30k more hemo. Locked and loaded now, just waiting for IND applications etc to be filed then its clinical trials and CDX licencing agreements etc.

Instead of asking is this a buy for YOU after 30% rise ask is this a buy for Shorts to close out? Do shorts think they can drive it out now that we have had a positive update and reduced debt better than expected earnings etc? Does that sound like a company they want to double down on and short? OR will they close and take their profits and run?

If the shorts are likely buy to close then the SP just gets forced up, and by all accounts they have ALOT of positions to close....

Going to try and tune out, wont risk trading this. IMO IND application with Penn is sitting ready to go for HEMO-CAR-T just waiting for the licence fee which has been secured so could be any day.

Have to be honest I am a bit gutted, I had some cash sitting in Micro Focus today, its currently 30% up, I had planned to sell there and move to Hemo later on today or tomorrow, timing is awful! IMO this is the single most important and significant RNS in Hemogenyx history and will be an inflection point. Dont be surprised to see high 20s off this. The ONLY concern I had about hemo was funding for IND applications. Well just secured. Probably see IND applications filed within weeks. This will very soon not be a Pre-clinical pharma any more.

BD also predicted HEMO back to 5p, looking at his history every single prediction is pure BS, a shorter who has been burned me thinks! :-D

Currently +24%/63+ points up you have to feel for all those PIs who read all those comments about "best short on the LSE" and who are right now getting pings on their phones saying "Please deposit now, your short position is at risk of being closed immediately", followed within minutes by "Your position has automatically been closed, your balance is now 0"

It's been a nice rise, we should see shorts looking for a exit and they can't right now, not enough sellers. Sell and take profit if you want, I'll be holding this one :-}

There is no guarantee there will be an update tomorrow I believe, which is probably why the market is not responding at all. Whilst I believe there will be an update this week I have not seen any official notification of this fact so dont pin all hopes on this. Bottom line is stocks are performing poorly today in general and MCRO doing no worse than the FTSE. Trading update this time last year was to report the debt, I am really hoping and expect an update but if there is none? Just means company is running fine, prefer not to wait for end of year financials but if we have to so be it :P

Also no company likes to be shorted, look how Musk responded when people shorted Tesla.
BoD will be very excited at the prospect of destroying the short positions. They will get alot of satisfaction when the shorts are closed guaranteed :-)

Company by all accounts APPEARS to be doing fantastic, looks like lots of orders and with that increased revenue (Based on PR/Social media/positive news articles).
The write down and suspension of dividends made this a target for shorters and that + income holders, the likes of funds that only hold dividend paying shares selling left us where we are today.
So we are sitting with a golden goose gold egg inside ready to pop....

Problem is the market has not reacted as the trading update is not scheduled, its not necessary, its been communicated that there will be an update but its not their end of year report which everyone else is expecting. A trading updates is likely to catch ALOT of people by surprise including the shorters. Beyond these forums where people are sharing their communications there is no indication that an update is due this week, indeed it may not be this week. But point is IF it lands it is going to be a surprise for everyone else. The tiny traffic to this site has probably caused the SP to rise to where it is now from a few weeks ago. Its going to explode when it happens!

Just watch after hours :-)
A lot of platforms will automatically close long and short positions at the end of the trading day if an account holder fails to deposit enough cash to cover their position. When we enter auction after 4:30pm I expect it will get very interesting, alot of people dont watch their shares every day and will get quite a nasty surprise in their emails later :P

Fully expect that PI short positions will be getting closed automatically at end of trading today, especially any that took a short position recently in the low 200s. Unless they are willing to keep throwing money into their margin account ;-)

I don't remember saying anything to you about that? Sorry if I did but I think it must have been someone else. But really I feel it will be late December, possibly early January but my money is on December which is why instead of waiting I have been taking losses elsewhere to buy in here. That big time frame is hopefully going to put off the day traders though and let us all accumulate more :-)
