Hmmm my posts keep getting deleted??? I said if you check my previous posts on this board you will see I have been warning investors regards this stock for over a year. I have never shorted in my life. I sold out at 0.56p. Since then there has been a 75% destruction in SP. Every time I comment/ warn I am called a shorter and my pists deleted. PREM is a zombie company. I hope I have helped some novices save themselves a lot of abuse , pain and money.

Besides, no one needs to deramp PREM. GR has destroyed shareholders wealth himself.

Good to see no huge spike off the back of all the ramping this time, sucking people in to only lose their money when GR announces another raise. The inevitable spiral down in the share price will continue soon enough. There are only so many fools willing to invest in PREM.

Wingnut1- Your post hit the nail on the head. PREM does have valuable assets. But PREM has been run into the ground with poor managrment, debt and dilution. Homebase was recently sold for £1.00! Yet I can walk into my local Homebase and marvel at all their great assets/ stock. Why only an idiot would sell the entire UK assests of Homebase for £1? The reason is Homebase is failing. Unprofitable and burning money just to keep in buisness. The Australian owners were glad to get rid of it for £1. PREM has the same problem, poorly run unprofitable . Someone might make something of their assests but will any of the current owners/ shareholders see even a penny. Like the Hombase owners shareholders might vount themselves lucky to get a pound.

2857mal - Im no saviour of anybody , nor would I call myself a seasoned investor. But I am not a blind fool either. Rather than out of the goodness of my heart if I was honest a big part of the reason I give my opinion , and it is only that, one guys opinion...is because I am sick, tired and angry at the rampers on todays BB. That wrecks any serious duscussion. If anything is said that is deemed to be negative then you are charged with being a shorter , or trying to buy on the cheap etc. To any new investors , you be the judge, look at the evidence presented. Anyone whose only response to anything remotely negative is to call the person a shorter and looking for cheap stock has nothing of worth to offer you regards investing.

PREM has stopped trading because it is run so incompentently that, like last year, the accounts have been failed to be given on time and thus AIM rules they are suspended. If AIM ( the wild west) require your suspension for a failure, thats the first clue that things are bad. Twice in a row? There will be no singing and dancing RNS just a return to trading when the accounts are finally competed. Hopefully my comments will help new onvestors protect their capital from this bargepole stock. Those who listened last year protected 70% of their capital.

Ledsparky - Yeah re WTI knew it was risky which was why my holding was very small but could have been big gains. I sold though as risks did not decrease only increase to the point where writting was on the wall. Re my post on PREM . You are right. I have checked and it was actually on the other BB (you know the one) that I posted. So sorry for that mistake. As a sample of my postings there here is one post. My username there is bushranger. This is what I posted on 29 Sep '17 -"On the 25/9/17 I highlighted 3 Red warning flags that are/ have been blatantly obvious. First was failing to keep to proposed development timelines, second was repeated dilution. Now four days later these flags start flying again and posters try to turn them into positives. The failure to have RHA up and running profitably has now contributed to further dilution. In the list of reasons why this funding is needed, inconspicuously at the end it is stated for "General Working Capital". That is to say to keep the lights on and pay salaries."

Ledsparky - Your comments are fair. Though I do think there are still many rampers. Maybe some are unfortunate LTH as well as their has been nothing at all for them. I would wish all the best for long term holders here but unfortunately when it comes to stocks wishing gets you knowhere. I bailed at a small loss on WTI, that has ended with going into administration. Yet was ramped to the very end.

2857mal - Anyone can search my posts to see what and when I posted. Happy for the scrutiny. It is your type of stupid brainless response that bugs me and makes me return to post. I set out serious reasons why this is a bargepole stock and your response is to say I must be looking for a cheap entry price. No tebuttal of any of the points. Thats because there is no rational rebuttal. I sold my stock at 0.56p. And PREM is a BARGEPOLE for me and any sensible investors I know.

hceeb1973- "So if you sold out last year why are you bothered?" Because I like to review my previous investments at time to time to increase my own learning check if desicisons were correct. I have been appalled by ramping on this BB and others of bargpole stocks and am happy to give an alternate opinion. GLA with this investment not that I would think it is (an investment).As I have said throughout the year (from 0.56p to now 0.15p) .. some traders/ scum rampers will make good money off the misery of the majority.

Yet again this year ,like last year, this shambolic excuse for a company is suspended because it does not have its accounts in order. Again pitiful excuses given. Only rampers and fools would prop up this shambles with their money. Sold out of this mess last year at 0.56p for a loss because I actually did my own research rather than listen to rampers. Warned people so many times since with good reasoned arguments. There was at one stage rumors that GR was going to duel list this on Zibabwe stock exchange. Would not be surprised, or if it disappeared off AIM in the process. Red flags highlighted from LAST YEAR... 1) Constant delays and failure of projects and profitability despite repeated assurances. 2) Buying of assests that are touted as cash generative but shortly after sold off. 3) Suspension from AIM for not having accounts on time . Repeated dilution to keep the lights on.ie solvant. Looking back the only thing that has changed is the SP which continues to spiral to its inevitable end.

RHA may be valued at zero but market is yet to value the entire PREM at zero. GR will milk PIs for as long as creditors allow until then.

Market reaction will depend on the deal. If it is considered a great one the price should rise. If the deal is mediocore or poor the price will drop. Their record is to make good deals that are benificial to shareholders and I personaly have confidence they can deliver.

In my experience with LSE BB, beware of posters who claim they have information no-one else knows. They have proven to be out and out liars. Perhaps they just like all the attention they get from other posters? They love giving so much detail and taking the applause but they just spout fantasy.

Homebase. That great DIY, home & garden centre chain was recently sold for £1.00. Maybe someone will be brave enough to offer £1.00 for PREM some day! ;)

Anyone who read barondaytrader would have read his frank comments that this was the highest risk share in his portfolio. He also aaid it had potential to bring most reward. But he did not shy from saying it was very high risk. Unfortunately the risk has not paid off. Not barons fault.

Humb. You spouted like an expert about this stock now say your learning and new to aim! You are to be avoided ramping .....
