Fsheridan84- I picked my words. I had at one point written it off. Now I have prepared myself to write most of it off. The 35p raise price is still far from certain. Whether even that is good or bad of course depends on your entry price as a current holder. There are to be much more shares ( double) given to SSNs rather than cash. They may simply be thankful to get away something that was looking like a total loss and sell the SP down the river?

Oh I forgot...Though we all are disappointed by the 35p raise price .... the RNS is clear that this is only the "EXPECTED" price and that the "ACTUAL" price will be announced whenever (if) SAVP completes this build.

When I first invested here on the back of MALCYs recomendation I was quite excited by the Niger drills, then too about the accelerated takeover. Then I all but wrote my investment off after months of nothing. Then I became exited by the anouncment of placing and price. Now I am back to writing off most of this investment. I only have myself to blame but have learnt s valuable leson alongvthe way.

While everyone studies the ins and outs of this new proposal I cant help but notice the couched language in the RNS yet again. "Expected" "Intentions" . Where have we heard that before? SAVP cannot even state that this raise at half the amount will be made. Please no one insult me with simple platitudes as to why it is certain. For the record I stated a few days ago not getting the raise would be worse case. Response by some was Juste it is a done deal. Not getting the revised target would be a disaster. SAVP have repeatedly overpromised and underdelivered.

Diversified the problem I have with the whole strategic partnership line is that what has been offered is US$30m with caveat of US$60m in options that can be exercised at any time over next 24months. When it states ASMA can subscribe does SAVP have the right to decline? Can they only subscribe if SAVP is looking further funding. Again the RNS is open to interpretation. If it is a straight up use of 60m worth of options at any time in tge next 24months it is no partnership just a blatent golden handshake at PIs expense.

I would like to remind this BB the lies/ misinformation spouted by Agedem last night quote" No idea what the SP will open at or how it will react during the day. But what I have been informed of is that it will be back on the market at 8am 19th December 2017. I only know that PEEL & Cantor are expecting a significant rise during early trading. What happens after that God only knows. However, I believe SAVP will be issuing a further intra day RNS to wrong foot a few peeps. L2 a must if you’re trading or short me thinks. Diversified- I agree until we get an RNS stating the lights have been switched off there is still hope. It may be as you say, just very poor communication/ time management, but things are not looking positive at this point.

TheBuffoon - Yes I have said as much a few times now. US$30M is only a small part of US$250m. Why would other investors put in their money (US$220)and not get double the amount in options like ASMA. It just dosent add up.

jamesdean21 - Steady on with the caps lock. I will challenge you. We will not be at 12p next week if still suspended at 34p. Second, the book build could still be completed. SAVP may have again just jumped the gun with the their timeline. Not good at all and if I was AK I would sack whoever is advising in this regard. If the book build is not completed I think you will also be wrong because this will return at less than two fugures without funding. It may just remain suspended until finance for the drills are obtained ( maybe with a strategic partner) in which case we will be back to square one. I am still hopful book build will come through.

boom.boom " It is not that easy to raise $250m from market at premium" Which is why companies eg HUR make sure the raise is a done deal before announcing it whether it be premium or not.( And probably more important for it to be a done deal if at a premium because even if you get the raise if it comes below you are going to give the impression of failure. ) which leads to the question are SAVP having difficulty or did they announce the raise well before discussions with unrealustic expectations regards timeframe(

Olderandwiser - I see frustration by those who care for their investment. SAVP anounnced an accelerated RTO that has continued for months and over a delisting deadline. Then a raise to complete the deal is announced on the 14th. We are now at the 19th. HUR announced a 520m raise 5pm 29th and announced it completed 8am 30th. SAVP are obviously having difficulty getting the full raise. Or like the RTO prematurely announced it leaving shareholders dangling for a ptologned peroid waiting and wondering if it will actually eventuate.

SAVP are obviously struggling to make the raise. If there was keen interest it would be done and dusted by now. My guess, and it is only a guess, is that the US$30m was the biggest amount offered but only with the catch of US$60m options. SAVP still need another US$220m. Why would other investors not say "I want some of what they are getting thanks" ie options? I have already stated previously it would be worst case not to make the raise. If it is not made what of the deal with 7e? It will fall through and the whole thing will be a complete and utter shambles.

tidd83- That is of course another interpretation. Probably the best senerio, but possible none the less. I do hope that it turns out to be correct. I will be glad when I see an RNS stating bookbuild is complete.

I was hoping SAVP might give a boost to my otherwise in profit but so-so portfolio perfomance. It msy still do. I am still hopeful but try to be honest in whst I post. I did tell AgeamI would liss him on the forehead if SAVP raise price was £1.10 as his insider had told him. I guess that is a bullet dodged for me. But it is why he has no credability at all and cannot be trusted. Perhaps he is one of the type you have highlighted.

tidd83 - All your points are vaild and though I do agree with the fact that SAVP mudt have decleared the book build with some idea of the demand, if the raise was complete why not staye that in the RNS this morning? Some have even effectively stated the raise was oversubscribed. Why not add yhst to the RNS. Instead the RNS hints that the bookbuild target was not reached. Poor wording of RNS? That it should have been a done deal is given for any raise or failure to acheive it only lesds to disaster.
