Surely the permit / rights were gained by PDZ prior to spending all the expense on BFS? Would it be correct to assume the Polish are now saying reviewing the permit it is not valid due to a technical error/ insufficency by PDZ in the paperwork? If so etheir PDZ have made a gigantic mistake that will devestate the company or Polish are trying to use dirty tricks to take away the assests. Ethier case is not good. I would have yhought the latter would not be the case for an EU company. I will not invest an any eastern EU contries again if the later is the case.

It is well documented IQEs wafers are (just as in facial recognition) used in the augmented reality tech. I would love to know if IQEs wafers are used in the s9?

For a start IQE did not write the article the Times did. It is a very short article and for all anyone knows the Times may have only quoted what they wanted or only had a breif discussion with IQE allowing for only a breif response.

The Daily Mail article you cite is simply a roundup and regurgitation of other papers articles printed today. The same ones that this forum have been discussing all day?! It is not new. As stated earler see Stockopedia for thouragh rebuttal of Shadowfalls claims as described in these papers.

The article in the Times was very short and who knows what the full comments of IQE were but not included by the author? I agree that the shadowfall article must have truth to it or it would not be published, however, a statment can both be true and also very misleading. Poloticians are masters at such craft. Also, while it is true there is no smoke without fire, is that fire last years embers smoldering in the hearth or is the bedroom ablaze? IQE must defend itself and its shareholders with full and frank rebuttal of the accusations ASAP and preferably Monday morning. Failure to do so will rightly or wrongly be seen as an admission of guilt.

Lucus5 - cant disagree more. The x may not have been hit for six, but has gone for four. However, IQE have never just been about Iphone x never mind Apples profits. It is about the adoption and use of IQEs technology. Apples update shows that the tech IQE are involved in is here to stay and that gives support to IQEs own statments that they have reached an inflection point regards the adoption and use of their technology.

Totally nonsense that this stock is in a dead cat bounce, total nonsense. A stock needs to be a dead cat first. Strong stocks have all shown weakness this month, GAW has been no different. As long as there is not a continued market dowtrend GAW will return to its upward trend. Fundamentals are too strong...this is a live cat!
